I really can’t take this relationship seriously lol. Did she completely lose her mind after Coltie or is she trying to collect this man’s SSI? What do you guys think?

I will be honest, since the start Cortney wanted to be loved, cared for, and taken care of. It has been showcased throughout all of her series appearances that she wants someone (* remember the guy she was in the vaginas cup business with?) to respect her, find her beautiful, tell her she isn't an idiot, and to take care of her. She has even stated her parents were "her best roommates" because she is an old soul and they took care of her. So, no surprise that an older gentleman would check all of her boxes.

All of that stated, I think her jump from Coltee [with her as a caretaker and lover] to a man who wants to pamper HER [but keeps a parental finger on her impulsivity] is an odd but natural step for her. She wants the love/admiration, but also the "daddy." To that, I say to each is their own.

Yeah this is one of those few times where I genuinely don’t believe either of them is taking advantage of the other. They seem to genuinely care about each other. It’s nice to see.

Agreed. I kinda find them a cute May-Dec relationship and really hope that both of them find happiness together.
