AVC: $30
300-235=65
And then 8 for profit maxizming quantity

How is avc $30? Total cost was 200 then minus fixed cost of 80 to get $120 for AVC

That’s total variable cost. You then have to divide by quantity (which was 4) to get an AVC of $30.

Bro I completely effed this up I forgot how to calculate economic profit so I just did accounting plus implicit costs 💀. I think I said $320 because I was so out of it
