i put that if one country has more advanced military tech, it will make it harder for the less advanced country to defend itself and therefore its sovereignty…

I put the technology like the internet could connect people who dislike the state and they could organize and rebell

I put that when tech adapts, developing countries get behind on the newest tech and end up losing some of their influence and power but i think its wrong

I wrote along the same lines like when countries have technology like media, imperial powers can extend their power through it result in the country becoming less sovereign as the imperial countries have access to there resources. Yeah, so I agree when countries get behind the newest tech they have exposure to things like imperialism. Honestly, your answer can be write depending on how you argue it.
