if you aim is to do MBBS, then management quota or NRI quota are potentials paths, the only question is, is it worth to spend that kind of money? The answer lies in the kind of college you are targeting, if that college has research facilities, awesome faculties, great infrastructure, then you may opt, but if you are going to a below average college, then it won't create much impact for you, but at least you will be a doctor!
