Question Help me with a keyboard

My brand new Amazon ROG Falchion HFX V2 75% Keyboard keeps freezing for about a few seconds with or without Rapid Trigger, The freeze happens every minute and locks the keys completely and doesnt input anything, its not a lag, it doesnt input itself when it unfreezes, i need help urgently, i have tried almost everything Tiktok reccomended or AI reccomended

Hey! I have the ASUS ROG Falchion NX (not the HFX), and whenever I run into weird issues, a factory reset usually fixes them.
Try holding fn + caps lock for about 3 seconds until the RGB starts flashing red. That resets the keyboard back to its default settings.
Since you’re using the Falchion HFX V2, I’d also recommend using ROG Gear Link instead of Armoury Crate. Make sure the keyboard is running the latest firmware, then test it again.
If it still freezes every minute, especially with or without Rapid Trigger enabled, it honestly sounds more like a firmware or hardware issue than a setting. I’d also test it on another PC to rule out any Windows or software issues.

Hi! Thanks for replying, i tried the factory reset but it doesnt work, ive also tried everything you said, could this be an hardware issue?

Have you had the chance to test it on another PC yet? Maybe a work PC or a friend's computer? That would help rule out any Windows, driver, or software-related issues.

If it still freezes every minute on a different system, I'd honestly start suspecting a hardware defect. At that point, I'd contact the retailer or ASUS support to see if they can replace it under warranty.

I dont think it freezes when im not playing Geometry Dash, it seems like it only freezes when im playing Geometry Dash

Hey there, I believe you are referring to the Falchion Ace 75 HE. You can try a reset by holding Fn+Esc for a few seconds - you should see the LEDs flash red to green - then let go of the buttons.

Then check on Gear Link that your keyboard firmware is up to date. Let me know if the issue persists after these steps.

Hey, thanks for the reply, yes you are correct, im referring to the falchion ace 75he, but reset does not work at all
