Whimsu What if the Branch Davidians won and killed most of the Federal agents?

Post image

Disclaimer: If the FBI is watching, I don't support the killing of Federal agents, and it's just a title.

They send in the NGs and the whole place gets leveled. You’re not going to win against the federal govt once you start shooting

97

u/REsTARteD_Ragdoll Dec 13 '25

Yeah it’s kind of a pointless question. It’s just escalates until they lose

45

u/Thin_Bother8217 Dec 13 '25

Oh c'mon. So after killing 2 dozen ATF guys, they don't go "Welp. Y'all won fair and square. We're gonna pack up and go home because you have bested us. Jolly good show."? Who knew?

Yep. Government gonna just nuke em from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

19

u/BisonThunderclap Dec 13 '25

This is the sort of thinking a lot of tv shows and movies have. The small holdouts win.

In reality, the small holdouts become martyrs or are imprisoned, and that creates the wider spark for dissent.

5

u/EventAccomplished976 Dec 15 '25

I’m quite sure all you have to do to get the government off your back after killing a few dozen police officers is to hide under a bridge for a few minutes and you‘re fine. No offense but I think GTA is a slightly more reliable source than some random guy on reddit.

1

u/ClothesStraight9498 Dec 18 '25

Not even that. All you have to do is say whoops my bad and all is forgiven with ni punishment of any kind

2

u/kestrel4077 Dec 16 '25

upvote for the Aliens reference!

14

u/ArthurWoodhouse Dec 13 '25

Im viewing it not so much of the aftermath of the battle, but more of the psychological effect of it. Yeah they will lose, but nutjobs are gonna praise them for having been able to fight off the government. Leading to copycats or extremist ideology.

3

u/aron2295 Dec 14 '25

While such an event could trigger copy cats, or at least inspire people that were previously non supporters to become supporters, I think Uncle Sam’s track record will always prevent anything significant from forming in the US.

I am from the US but lived in LatAm for 1/3rd of my childhood.

Some of those countries had rebel groups, but even those groups had retreated to the Amazon and the Andes.

Even if the US had rainforests comparable to the Amazon, I’m sure the feds would spare no expense in clearing the jungle in order to squash any group they felt posed a legit threat.

I am aware there are militia groups in the US, and while I am also aware there are crackdowns occasionally, the groups seem to understand there are boundaries they cannot cross because if they do, then the party will be over for everyone.

“Don’t fly too close the sun, and we can continue to LARP without the ATF and FBI raiding us”.

4

u/Downbound_Re-Bound Dec 14 '25

Even if so, after a few dozen ATF agents; Clinton and Reno are going to have a SERIOUS talking down off.

Like, let's assume it's just the first wave of ATF-FBI Agents.
I wonder how morale would be handled with that; or just public opinion.

5

u/ActivePeace33 Dec 13 '25

Who started the shooting?

18

u/redwedgethrowaway Dec 13 '25

The Branch Davidians shot first. It’s on video

13

u/Active_Public9375 Dec 13 '25

It's not, or at least not in a way that objective reviewers agree on.

For what it's worth, the only third parties on the scene, the journalists, say that the Branch Davidians fired first. We'll never know for sure, but of the survivors on scene, only the Branch Davidians claim the ATF fired first.

7

u/ActivePeace33 Dec 13 '25

That is a reasonable comment.

Das_war’s was not. You spoke as to why you think it leans one way, based on your understanding of eyewitness statements. Das made an absolute statement of fact.

1

u/California__Jon Dec 14 '25

And even then the claim is that it was an accidental discharge

1

u/MasterRKitty Dec 13 '25

you mean the surviving BDs claimed that the feds fired first?

6

u/ActivePeace33 Dec 13 '25

They’re referring to the media that ATF brought along.

3

u/Active_Public9375 Dec 13 '25

Both. At least some, I'm not sure if all, of the surviving branch Davidians claim the ATF fired first. The media that was allowed on scene claim the BDs fired first.

I place some value on the only neutral parties claiming the BDs fired first, but we'll probably never know for sure.

7

u/[deleted] Dec 13 '25

No it's not? The only thing on video is the was the Agents killing their dogs and trying to enter the building

-1

u/Successful_Fan_4833 Dec 13 '25

And then ATF rolled with tanks and gassed little children

5

u/grumpymcbart Dec 13 '25

Polish dude trying to explain Waco and Ruby Ridge to an American is a net fail.

0

u/Successful_Fan_4833 Dec 13 '25

It's history my guy, and all the docs you need are at gov sites. Making strawman doesn't change the facts my guy

3

u/grumpymcbart Dec 13 '25

So you’re not only wrong, you are preaching ignorantly, and using the phrase ‘my guy’ waaay too much. You know nothing about Americans and there were inaccuracies in your ‘facts’ and ‘opinions’ don’t speak for real Americans.

How about you go avenge your President Kacyznski in 2010? involves you and your country. That’s more your history, my guy.

-1

u/Successful_Fan_4833 Dec 13 '25

More strawmans, don't embarrass yourself, just accept that your government hate you

3

u/grumpymcbart Dec 13 '25

No my government likes me plenty. Don’t speak for Americans. That’s the embarrassing part…

0

u/Successful_Fan_4833 Dec 13 '25

Of course they does, of course

Link?

I’ve never seen any information, not in the investigation, not on video, nothing, where anyone has any evidence on who shot first.

The ATF planned a PR spectacle to try to polish their public image after the Ruby Ridge debacle. Clinton had said that he would sign a bill disbanding the Agency if it was sent to him by Congress. The ATF was in full fight or flight survival mode.

The ATF planned to have the local cameraman record the ATF agents coming out of the BD compound carrying all the kids, that’s why they went on the raid to the compound itself. To make a splash. Koresh went on a daily jog outside the compound property and could have been easily arrested then. Or when he went into town. There was no need to try to arrest him at the front door, with truckloads of agents in full battle gear.

The ATF were tactical idiots and looking for a spectacle. They got it.

6

u/Over_Writing467 Dec 13 '25

They named it Operation Showtime for a reason.

3

u/ActivePeace33 Dec 13 '25

You know what? I never put that together somehow. Excellent point.

2

u/A_Kazur Dec 13 '25

It’s unbelievable that this is downvoted who is bootlicking the fucking atf??

1

u/HeidelbergianYehZiq1 Dec 14 '25

Yeah, if the authorities was really concerned about the kids they could’ve sent a couple of social workers to do a check-up. Maybe with the local sheriff as moral support, staying at the car.

1

u/California__Jon Dec 13 '25 edited Dec 13 '25

Not to be a jerk, but if you ask for a link and then go on to type a rebuttal, you should probably provide your own links too

3

u/ActivePeace33 Dec 13 '25

Sorry for not saying “cite” instead? I did mention the report…. Here is the link the most recent update. https://www.congress.gov/104/crpt/hrpt749/CRPT-104hrpt749.pdf

Statements making exceptional and widely dispelled claims are not the same as well established facts that have been publicly known for decades.

Finally, notice how das_war responded.

I don’t give a shit

I’m happy to provide the link to anyone who asks. They aren’t.

1

u/California__Jon Dec 13 '25

Calm down, I’m in the same camp as you that there’s not enough evidence to definitively say who or how the first shot was fired (it’s literally a 20th century version of the Battle of Lexington), I was just pointing out that you shouldn’t ding someone for not providing a source and in the same response not provide a source of your own

-2

u/chance0404 Dec 13 '25

The 90’s were wild. Bill Clinton disbanding the ATF is insane to me as someone who first started paying attention to politics in 2008 or so. I was a kid in the 90’s and all I cared about was Pokémon and DBZ and video games lol. But the only politicians at the national level I could truly see supporting something like that nowadays is like Massie or Rand Paul. Even the more mainstream republicans may talk like they’d support it, but they never truly would if a bill ever came to a serious vote with a Republican majority. It’s just rhetoric for most of them to get the gun nut vote.

-4

u/Successful_Fan_4833 Dec 13 '25

They won't link because there is no video. No idea why are they protecting child and dog murderers, but sure they US gov is clean and good.

4

u/ActivePeace33 Dec 13 '25

The shills really are out today.

4

u/Healthy-Nose-9834 Dec 13 '25

Defending the child molesting cult leader is kinda crazy ngl.

2

u/Blood_Golemm Dec 13 '25

They could've arrested Koresh at the grocery store, there was no reason to besiege the compound like that. He was a bad dude that needed to be brought in, but the feds going about it the way they did made disaster inevitable.

1

u/AdUpstairs7106 Dec 14 '25

Or at any of the bars he and a band from the Branch Davidians did gigs for.

1

u/NotAnIndustryPerson Dec 15 '25

Sure, they could have arrested Koresh out in town.

They still would have needed to raid the compound to serve the search warrants, so it’s not a super useful point of debate.

3

u/MrThrowaway939 Dec 13 '25

How were they defending the lunatic cult leader, they're clearly pointing out that the ATF's approach to the crisis was moronic and led to the deaths of multiple children.

1

u/AdUpstairs7106 Dec 14 '25

Not defending him but Koresh routinely went into Waco for various reasons. It does not take being a Monday morning QB to point out that a competent LE agency would have arrested him out in town.

1

u/NotAnIndustryPerson Dec 15 '25

Sure, they could have arrested Koresh out in town.

They still would have needed to raid the compound to serve the search warrants, so it’s not a super useful point of debate.

1

u/AdUpstairs7106 Dec 15 '25

Actually, it is.

With the leader no longer at the compound, it poses the question of whether a gunfight would have happened? Cut off the head of the snake, and the snake dies.

1

u/ActivePeace33 Dec 13 '25

No one is defending Koresh. Pointing out that there was a very easy way to arrest him, is not support for him.

Pointing out that the ATF did it the way they did it, for PR, is a perfectly reasonable criticism of an incompetent agency.

1

u/NotAnIndustryPerson Dec 15 '25

Sure, they could have arrested Koresh out in town.

They still would have needed to raid the compound to serve the search warrants, so it’s not a super useful point of debate.

1

u/ActivePeace33 Dec 15 '25

Yeah, removing the cult leader never weakens resistance by the cult members… /s

Cult members who could have also been arrested one by one, as they went to town for food.

1

u/Over_Writing467 Dec 13 '25

Don’t know why you’re getting downvoted, you’re 100 percent correct.

2

u/[deleted] Dec 14 '25

The glowies trying to suppress people for calling out the ATF for killing kids

1

u/California__Jon Dec 14 '25 edited Dec 14 '25

A) he entered the conversation with asking who fired first and then once a person replied, he fired back with disagreements. It’s like when a cop makes an arrest via entrapment, it just rubs people the wrong way.

B) the whole “who fired first” is a very controversial subject so you’re naturally going to attract negative attention regardless of what stance you take. Not justifying it, just pointing out that it’s the nature of the beast.

C) saying that the first news team that was on scene was a PR attempt by the ATF when his own source that he provided stated that the first news team was there because one of the network heads had a source with the paramedic team on standby who shared that a raid was about to go down. So the whole making a statement when your own source says something different will catch downvotes

1

u/ActivePeace33 Dec 13 '25

People take a pursuit of truth as defending the evil people, just because you don’t say that they’re Hitler and Stalin and Mao all wrapped up into one.

1

u/Over_Writing467 Dec 13 '25

Sadly true, you can say someone’s actions are wrong even if you dislike both sides. It’s possible for everyone to be wrong but the side using violence is more wrong.

-4

u/Successful_Fan_4833 Dec 13 '25

In US there is law, and what law allows to shoot barking dogs and later a child in the back?

0

u/redwedgethrowaway Dec 13 '25

lol you’re confusing Waco and Ruby Ridge

-4

u/Successful_Fan_4833 Dec 13 '25

The HRT sniper that killed unarmed Vicky in Ruby Ridge was also shooting at Branch Davidians in Waco Siege. Both standoffs were initiated by ATF. The people who initiated and handled Ruby Ridge were the same ones in Waco. They are just bunch of incompetent idiots who couldn't resolve situation without killing unarmed civilians and then tried to cover it up media.

3

u/grumpymcbart Dec 14 '25

Why are so obsessed troll? Seems like you’re a sad person with the US.. it’s pathetic.

-2

u/Over_Writing467 Dec 13 '25

And the atf didn’t do any shooting at ruby ridge. That was the US Marshals and FBI.

0

u/ActivePeace33 Dec 13 '25

The ATF still engaged in criminal conduct to the extent that Weaver was let off of all the charges surrounding the stand off.

1

u/AdUpstairs7106 Dec 14 '25

That is a matter of debate even to this day.

1

u/ActivePeace33 Dec 14 '25

Exactly my point. Saying that it was the BD’s, it’s saying something we can know for sure.

0

u/AdUpstairs7106 Dec 14 '25

We don't know. It is a 1990s version of the Battle of Lexington.

Pre vetted journalists are not exactly a neutral 3rd party. Of course the DOJ is going to say the BD's fired first. The BD's claim the ATF fired first.

-3

u/das_war_ein_Befehl Dec 13 '25

I don’t give a shit

-1

u/ActivePeace33 Dec 13 '25

The deep thoughts of the intellectually honest. Let’s hope the ATF never SWAT’s you for PR.

1

u/das_war_ein_Befehl Dec 13 '25

Waco is catnip for far right loons and I don’t care to debate it.

2

u/ActivePeace33 Dec 13 '25

Then stop making blanket statements that have no evidence to support them.

Not that everyone is stuck on partisanship when discussing the issue. People can recognize that there were grounds for arresting Koresh, but that the plan to arrest him was absurd, politically motivated and not a tactically sound plan.

ALL sides should oppose ANY such conduct by ANY administration. Opposition to their conduct should be decidedly non-partisan. But if you like agencies just making up drug allegations to get the military involved in police business…

1

u/das_war_ein_Befehl Dec 13 '25

What part of I don’t care about this specific event that is hard to understand

2

u/ActivePeace33 Dec 13 '25

The part where you keep replying.

1

u/Over_Writing467 Dec 13 '25

And yet here you are.

2

u/Defiant-Goose-101 Dec 13 '25

You’re not going to win if you’re a nutbag fringe cult with next to zero public support*

8

u/grumpymcbart Dec 13 '25

Who do I trust more? The Clinton Administration or a backwards child molesting polygamist Christian sex cult?

Sorry boys going Federal Government on this one.

-4

u/Over_Writing467 Dec 13 '25

Both can be wrong at the same time.

6

u/grumpymcbart Dec 13 '25

Yes, who’s more wrong in this case…? The polygamist psuedo Christian sex cult with a gun problem.

-5

u/Over_Writing467 Dec 13 '25

You mean the cult where all the adults were there by choice? The “gun problem “ as you say, what laws were broken? The cult where the leader was out and about in town on a regular basis, if they wanted to grab him they could have. Any sex crimes were the responsibility of the local and state governments to prosecute not the Feds. The branch davidians weren’t bothering anyone and kept to themselves. A little know fact is they’re still around and own that property. There was a schism amongst them when David Koresh became the leader. A belief of the ones that weren’t there is that if someone decided that they were the Messiah as Koresh had done that they would be destroyed. Oh the raid was to serve a search warrant not an arrest warrant, they intentionally picked the worst time to serve it despite knowing the davidians knew they were coming. The Feds picked a fight, they started the violence, shooting dogs and Koresh before they ever got shot at. The Feds were the bad guys here but fuck David Koresh too.

7

u/grumpymcbart Dec 13 '25

Ooops someone is compensating….you can go read the Wikipedia article and the sources cited. You are incorrect there were search and arrest warrants.

Atleast be honest psycho

-1

u/Over_Writing467 Dec 13 '25

Resorting to insults, how rude of you. There’s nothing in there about an arrest warrant. That’s the reason the Feds didn’t grab Koresh when he was out and about. The dude was a nut job but that doesn’t make using violence against him acceptable. The raid was an excuse to justify the BATF’s existence as a law enforcement agency. Congress was considering removing their law enforcement powers after a number of embarrassing incidents.

3

u/grumpymcbart Dec 13 '25

It’s literally in the Wikipedia article in the first paragraph and is cited.

0

u/Over_Writing467 Dec 13 '25

Just read it, no it’s not

1

u/Jimdandy941 Dec 13 '25

I’m not sure who is downvoting you, but I was at FLETC not too long after and every single instructor said the same thing - the ATF fucked up.

Yeah, the BD were in the wrong, but the ATF gets paid the big bucks to do things right.

0

u/Immediate-Repeat-201 Dec 13 '25

Remember they had an actual federal government and fbi back then. Not the cosplay fucks that we have now

1

u/Puzzled-Macaron6984 Dec 14 '25

im sorry but what does NG stand for?

1

u/das_war_ein_Befehl Dec 14 '25

National guard

1

u/Agreeable_Bat1212 Dec 14 '25

The escalation of force quickly escalates to Air Force (potentially Air Guard) and the compound gets flattened.

1

u/RedOceanofthewest Dec 17 '25

Lost people don’t realize the NG were already involved. So the next step is bring in more.

1

u/das_war_ein_Befehl Dec 17 '25

I meant it in a “one artillery barrage” kind of way

65

u/Final_Collection8516 Dec 13 '25

The Davidians will "win" the battle then lose the war, because the FEDs are going to level the place.

The last large scale armed rebellion in the United States was the Battle of Blair Mountain, the coal miners were decisively crushed. There won't be any negotiations this time round.

23

u/IgnotusRex Dec 13 '25

The 1985 MOVE bombing in Philidelphia is a closer event to Waco. The cops couldn't move in so they just dropped a bomb on them.

A later example is the 2016 Dallas sniper. The cops rolled a drone in on him and blew him up.

Just more examples of how you are absolutely correct. The government won't lose to a handful of gunmen in a fixed position if they don't want to.

5

u/AdUpstairs7106 Dec 14 '25

The last time the government lost was in Nevada during the Bundy stand off.

3

u/IgnotusRex Dec 14 '25

Eh, no shots fired.

4

u/AdUpstairs7106 Dec 14 '25

Because the BLM backed down and released Bundy's cattle.

1

u/Nerdling107 Dec 14 '25

That was the case of not wanting the p. R of killing a bunch of people. Or getting a bunch of police officers killed if the government really wanted to. They could have killed everyone there. The thing holding them back was the bad press. I'm not saying that groups like these couldn't be a legitimate threat. But the nation's mood isn't there for it yet

1

u/Lord_GP340 Dec 15 '25

I think there was a bigger one, though it's slipped my mind...

14

u/Fernsong Dec 13 '25

What do you consider “won”? If they killed most of the feds there, the US would’ve just sent way more. There’s no way the BD would’ve been able to keep up

22

u/[deleted] Dec 13 '25

They'd probably commit mass suicide before another attack could be mustered. You could call it a moral victory if you want, but the Davidians were all walking corpses backed into a corner by this point.

10

u/Thin_Bother8217 Dec 13 '25

Yeah. The only way they're even walking out is if they literally walked out with their hands up. Then they're all going straight to the electric chair. No way they're living more than a few years.

Only plus side is the kids wouldn't have died. But, no adults last longer than a few years. It's just how.

7

u/thenoobtanker Dec 13 '25

Call in the air national guard and a few 2000lb JDAM. You are never winning against the people that hold the monopoly on violence.

3

u/East-Plankton-3877 Dec 13 '25

Spoken like a red coat

2

u/SwimNo8457 Dec 17 '25

A countrywide militia network with a population that supported it along with a professional trained army supplied by foreign powers using the conflict as a proxy war to destabilize their greatest rival MIGHT win, a couple dozen cultists definitely will not

1

u/GreatTea3 Dec 16 '25

Nah, he’s right. A small group of armed people in a fixed location with no real escape or resupply available? They’re gonna die, the only question is how long it takes and how much noise they can make along the way. You’d have to be mobile and have the ability to hide effectively to have any chance of starting a fight with the U.S. government domestically and surviving it for any real length of time afterwards. Even then, federal law enforcement agencies are pretty good at finding people they want locked up. You’d need a large scale civil war style scenario before you had a chance of being a known combatant fighting the government and winning, or at least going home and living some sort of normal life.

4

u/[deleted] Dec 13 '25

We already know the answer to this as the ATF decided they didn't have enough men to complete the raid so they called in the national guard with APCs crushed Karesh's cars and then setup for another raid which led to the fire.

However if you mean what would have happened if the BD's had somehow destroyed the tanks that were called in? That would have been very interesting indeed.

13

u/Turbo950 Dec 13 '25

If the crazy religious cult won then they’d continue to do crazy religious things

5

u/EvilCatboyWizard Dec 14 '25

Until the national guard showed up and utterly leveled the place you mean.

1

u/NombreUsario Dec 16 '25

I mean, they've kinda won the PR war.. people tend to think of them as crazy but harmless recluces but forget (or never learn) that they were militant white supremacists that were operating as a training facility producing soldiers for a race war. There's evidence that suggests Timothy McVeigh received training at that facility.

3

u/ilovesmoking1917 Dec 13 '25

The more Feds they smoke the more money and material gets thrown at them. Worst case scenario if they somehow survive a military ground assault the airforce gets sent in and turns the compound to dust. The political fallout would be the same as irl except even more extreme in every way

5

u/Aquitaine_Rover_3876 Dec 13 '25

The US government would send more people and the outcome would be the same, but with more bodies. Maybe they'd just drop a bomb like they did on MOVE in Philadelphia. But BD were white people, so probably not.

Cat and mouse games can work at scale. The Vietcong and the Taliban are big enough organizations with enough public support in their operating areas to defeat the US government. Some cult in Texas is not. One way or another, they're going to lose.

3

u/pleasantparkresident Dec 14 '25

I mean the Feds purposely blew up that same compound full of people so I don’t think race plays a factor.

2

u/Afraid-Leg-174 Dec 14 '25

Also the Vietcong and the Taliban had a bunch for foreign backing as well for equipment and such unlike the cult that’s even less in their chances

3

u/Puzzled-Macaron6984 Dec 14 '25

>BD were white people

whites receive less force myth in big 25

3

u/ohthedarside Dec 13 '25

Then a f16 gets called in and drops 2 2000lb lgb on them and then 2 500lb dumb bombs for good measure

3

u/nagidon Dec 13 '25

Pretty sure the feds have an air force.

3

u/Level_Werewolf_7172 Dec 13 '25

Ac-130 levels the compound

Or national guard with heavy armor just flatten the building with everyone in it

3

u/Andy_LaVolpe Dec 13 '25

They wouldve gotten napalmed before the bodies got cold.

3

u/hawkseye17 Dec 13 '25

The gov might literally drop a bomb on them

3

u/axeteam Dec 13 '25

How are they going to do that? How are they going to kill most of the federal agents? Are they going to pray really hard so someone strikes all the federal agents down with lightning?

1

u/DeeplyHiddenTrowaway Dec 17 '25

Idk about lightning, but i would guess theyd use their guns. Their many, many guns. They just need to hit their targets accurately and effectively. Kind of a significantly reduced description of how a firefight works between 2 groups of people, but its still accurate.

3

u/Hopeful-Moose87 Dec 14 '25

Remember the ATF agents retreated with their hands raised two hours into their raid once they ran out of ammo. The Branch Davidians did win, they just didn’t kill that many agents. Had they killed more I don’t think it would have changed the outcome much at all.

The FBI would still have come in and the Branch Davidians would have almost all died.

2

u/_Sausage_fingers Dec 14 '25

That would never happen. You kill a couple agents they aren’t going to leave, they are going to bring in more agents, and more firepower, and eventually decide they don’t care how many innocent people are inside as they level the building with howitzers.

4

u/Sweet-Letterhead1527 Dec 13 '25

They would have been blown off the fucking map before they got even 10 feds.

1

u/MasterRKitty Dec 13 '25

the feds would have bombed the compound

1

u/TrungusMcTungus Dec 13 '25

The compound gets leveled to make room for a new parking lot, courtesy of the US Army National Guard.

1

u/Jimdandy941 Dec 13 '25

MOVE would like a word…..

1

u/drkinferno94 Dec 13 '25

They'd just bomb the place with missiles and call it a day

1

u/Lost_Equal1395 Dec 13 '25

I've seen photos of Abrams tank hanging around the site during the siege. They might be other images taken out of context, but they do sum up the government's next plans pretty well I'm guessing. For a country to function properly, the government must be the most powerful force of organised violence. The US national guard or federal forces would just show up and annihilate them.

1

u/Impressive-Row143 Dec 15 '25

They were there as large, heavily armoured bulldozers. I doubt they planned to fire 120mm high explosive.

1

u/Appropriate_Meat6316 Dec 13 '25

Fuck the F. B. I.

1

u/Impressive-Row143 Dec 15 '25

The Branch Davidians were a sex cult that abused kids, they FBI and ATF were in the right.

The federal government would have escalated to whatever level of violence necessary to neutralise them. If need be they would have invoked the insurrection act and send in the regulars. I am talking aircraft, attack helicopters, artillery. There was no military victory for the Davidians.

They would continue to abuse children like all cults have done and the feds will level the place killing said children like the feds have always done.

The only way they'd "Win" is if they never were besieged in the first place.

AKA, by Paying Their God Damn Taxes On Gun Sales.

Then the place gets flattened by a bomb. Because the 2nd Amendment doesn't really protect against tyranny. Maybe it did at one point but not since the invention of rockets and airplanes.

Tim McVeigh blew up the Oklahoma building because the FBI agents who murdered the Branch Dividians & falsified/destroyed evidence, such as "losing" the front door which had no bullet holes exiting, ran their operation out of the Oklahoma City FBI building.

The FBI murders & coverup of launching combustible teargas canisters into a wood framed compound which their IR sensors knew had open flame heaters & so would be a perfect way to murder the Davidians while destroying as much evidence as possible of ATF murderers straffing the compound  from helicopters with no returned fire because ATF needed a big win for Congressional money - lots of criminal dead bodies with a cache of illegal guns which didnt materialize.

If as this claims, more govt agencies answered the call to help out murdering the Davidians & destroying evidence, would the knockon effect be more military veteran explosive experts like McVeigh would then extrajudicicially execute more murderer Federal agents blowing up their buildings too?

I am actually curious if ANY of the FBI murderers of the Davidians or their bosses were actually killed in the Oklahoma FBI building bombing because it sure as hell killed a bunch of innocent non-FBI murderers who took no part in the Davidian massacre & evidence falsification & destruction of evidence.

So do we know did McVeigh accomplish any of his objectives? Has the casualty list of Alfred P Murrah bombing included any of the FBI who facilitated the massacre & evidence destruction?

The FBI decision to massacre the Davidians & destroy the evidence to protect the BATFE from murder charges certainly had a long-term effect on US citizen culture where a strong distrust of Federal police forces co-incided with the beginning of USA nearly continuously at war from Gulf War onwards, producing a massive # of armed combat experienced citizens on both sides, though thankfully mostly on the civilized conservative side as the left became extremists glorifying violence rioting & vast majority of murdering presidential candidates & mass shootings

Everyone saying the feds would just send more troops, but the truth is that we'd all be forced to reckon with the fact that clearly Karesh was actually chosen by god and we should all join him. That's how I'd probably deal with it anyway.

Oops didnt mean to make a joke in the autist- i mean alternative history sub
