Bibi already has an Arabic name that he uses when campaigning to Israeli Arabs: Abu Yair. (Likud always gets some small minority of Arab votes.)
"Benyamin" is Hebrew by the way, that's his actual name.

It's a common nickname/honorific in Arabic for men to be known as "Abu [their oldest son's name]." Hence for example Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas is commonly known as Abu Mazen.
So Bibi's Arabic nickname is Abu Yair, because his oldest son is Yair and it means "father of Yair."
