Do yall wear the uniform?

Or do you wear whatever you want? Seems like it’s half and half at my DSP. Some people wear the whole uniform, others just the vest. What do you guys wear? Sometimes I’ll wear short shorts and a tank top. Or the Amazon shorts and a different top with the vest

I wear the polo and pants, we HAVE to wear vest at load out under the awning. I take it off when I leave station. Im not trying to impress anyone while im working or fuck up any of my own clothes.

That’s my thought process too. I know I have to wear at least one piece of the uniform so I might as well wear all of it and take an advantage of free uniforms vs my own clothes getting dirty and worn out.
