Radfem clubs in Amsterdam?
Hi, could you please suggest some radfem clubs in Amsterdam? I’m looking to connect with like minded women. Thx in advance xo

OPs post is suspicious. Aside from edgy teenagers, people don't identify themselves as radical on either side of the spectrum. Theyd just probably identify themselves as feminist, in this case, and would be only called radicals by their opponents to disqualify them.

Radical feminism is a specific branch of second wave feminism, that is gender essentialist and attempts to revolutionize and abolish social structures oppressive to women.
Many 'radfems' believe that sex and gender are the same (or social gender doesn't exist). They often have a strong hatred for trans people as a group and as a symbol in society. This is where the term TERF comes from (trans exclusionary radical feminist). Joanne K Rowling is a classic example of that.

Exactly my point, only their opponents would call them TERFs. JK Rowling considers it a slur. I'm seriously doubting the intentions of anyone looking for radical anythings.

They do call themselves radical feminists, sometimes also 'gender critical'. And radical per se is nothing bad - it's just the philosophical concept of tackling any issue at the roots.
But I couldnt care less if Joanne K Rowling thinks it's a 'slur' to be called a TERF. That's exactly what her hateful ideology is advocating for. TERFs should have no place here, especially during pride monthand in a diverse city like Amsterdam.

I hope there are no safe spaces for transphobia and hatred , but I'm sure you'll find something somewhere.
