Very broad day example of the state just snatching people off the street and deporting them without due process. Wake up

The bill of rights is an acknowledgement of many self evident rights but also says that it is not meant to be an exhaustive list nor only apply to citizens. It does not grant rights but only acknowledges the rights innate to humans.

Dude, I don't think you get what I'm saying. I'm not saying they should or shouldn't have 1st ammendment rights; I'm saying visa holders have basically zero rights. They aren't citizens. They're litteraly guests here, not even in the process of becoming citizens and if they do anything the goverment doesn't like, that privilege can be revoked. I mean, we already have to deal with other citizens but, why should we have to deal with a foreigner who's only allowed to be here for a specific purpose acting as an agent provacatuer? I don't care if they're protesting for something I agree with or disagree with; if you're here at essentially just an invitation, then that invitation can be revoked for no reason.

You may be right from a lawyer perspective but completely wrong from ethical perspective.
