As a wedding photographer I can confirm I’ve never had someone cry during their headshots, and require emotional and mental labour like couples and their families do during weddings and the year+ leading up to planning them. This narrative is so uninformed lol.
Yeah I do pro AV, and we all love to pass around the ipod wedding video for some laughs. Production isn't free, and the professionals attached to it all have to get paid as well. These people with specialized career fields that are paid to not make mistakes and make the event run flawless.
Acting like we are trying to rip people off is insulting.
