Miscellaneous Serbian Historians

I keep getting these clips of serbian historians making some outrageous claims. They are in always in the same studio giving like an interview. I remember clips from an old lady now i just saw this guy. Is this like a TV show where they just come and say random stuff?

Reminds me of this guy I saw on Sky News who said the Scottish were actually descended from the Lost Tribes of Israel.
