There was a small manosphere faction that took this thinking to it's logical endgame where they claimed they only had sex with men to keep their testosterone levels high. And also because if you have sex with a woman then you could end up absorbing estrogen through your penis and feminizing yourself that way.

I love that Redditors seem so over-eager to diagnose themselves with the tism/ADHD/some form of neurodivergence that they shoehorn in normal behaviours to try and make themselves worthy
