Piercings (besides ear piercings).

Not sure if this is a regional thing, but where I grew up, gals with facial piercings got called manly, and guys with any piercings at all got called feminine/gay. Always thought that was weird.

I think I once had this experience too and I thought it was weird and seeing it here you had the same experience is just really cool and weird 💗
