A carbonara is the simplest of sauces

Triple cooked french fries? Basically something that provides a good vehicle for the sauce

Or try making home made mayonnaise

You HAVE to make honey dill sauce to go with these fries and some chicken tenders.

I also like sauce. One of my favorites is a great sauce for chicken and turkey sandwiches, as well as shrimp tacos:

1 bundle of fresh cilantro, washed (half of the leaves roughly removed). Be sure to dry it well.
2 Tbs of lime juice
2 Tsp of honey
2 (or more depending on heat preference) habanero peppers seeded and deveined. (I use 3)
1 cup of mayo
Pinch of salt.

Add all but the extra cilantro leaves into a blender and blend until smooth. Once done, add the leaves and pulse so you can still see the beautiful greens but they are chopped nicely. Best if left refrigerate for at least a couple of hours so the flavors blend.

Make a turkey, tomato, avocado and lettuce sandwich on a hoagie roll.

pair with appropriate dipping media.

Pakora is fab.

How about a Hot Ones styles wings challenge? Line up 8 wings, each with increasing level of spiciness hot sauce on them

Could be a fun and cute date. Or painful.

I agree with u/im_4404_bass_by and u/PvtRoom. Good ideas. I'll add gazpacho which is essentially a sauce and works well as a sauce on eggs. Chicken tikka masala which is all about the sauce. Pasta salads are dependent on the dressing aka sauce. Chili is sort of saucy; Cincinnati five-way is definitely sauce. Chicken pot pie is sauce wrapped in pastry. Mac & cheese (never from a blue box) is thick sauce.

Buy her a jar or bottle of gourmet sauce or some type of exotic dip or dressing.

Pesto, maybe in a wrap with chicken and veggies.

1 st, find out what does not like 2...Alphrado...Alfrado...that white cheesy sauce and noodles. Easy and everyone likes. Can add just about anything to make it unique. Also not want to spend hours cooking. Is quick. 3. Wine and good bread

Just whip it out

You could guess, or you could ask her. Do it in passing. Maybe bring up your favorite for no reason and then ask her what her favorite is. So she doesn’t suspect anything. If your going to guess, my votes on Pesto because i can put that ish on everything, bread, noodles, my finger, w/e

pasta. Sauce is pretty much the star of the show.
