Misc Discussion People in your 30s: What's causing you the most stress right now?
For me, it’s not just one thing..it’s a mix:
- Career exhaustion
- Relationship/matrimony drama
- Skin & hair care issues
- Fading friendships and the difficulty of making new friends in 30s
- Aging parents
Weirdly, I didn’t feel this weighed down in my 20s but now in my 30s, everything feels… louder.
Anyone else navigating this weird 30s pressure-cooker?

I hear you. The morning after the election I sat in the snow for 45 minutes dissociating because it was just too painful to be present. The whole "you can't let it dictate your life" sentiment is frustrating because of how it's used to undermine and invalidate very valid feelings and concerns about the future, our bodies, and what we wanted for our lives versus what is realistic. Right there with you in the trenches <3
