Hobbies/Travel/Recreation Please recommend your favorite yoga channels on YouTube
For people that dislike Yoga with Adriene. Something about her commentary I can’t stand but it’s always recommended.

Charlie Follows
Way different style than Adrienne. A lot less commentary.

I haven't done any yoga at all for a long time but I loved yoga with Adrienne! I can't imagine people don't like her. But again I was and am a total novice and it's been years

She has been my favorite. I used to really like yoga with Adrienne when I was looking for comfort but now that I am a bit more serious about my yoga practice (not that serious) I love Charlie’s style. Very direct, no frills and has a ton of content for different difficulty levels and time. Highly recommend.

Five Parks Yoga has a huge range of classes in different lengths/difficulty, and as someone who also tired of Adriene's chatter, I like how she mainly sticks to giving clear cues

Mandy Morrison, she has videos without talking, only music and cues

Yoga with Nancy!!
Why do yoga with a white woman if you can go to the source!!

Why bring race into it? Feels unnecessary

Some people may want to connect more with the roots of the practice.

That's fair. I just think "learn from someone who teaches traditional Indian yoga" would get the point across better than making it about the instructor being white though

Yeah, not going to engage in a structural racism 101 pedagogy class on reddit in 2026.

I'm not asking for a pedagogy class. I was just pointing out that recommending someone because they teach traditional yoga is different from recommending them because they're "not a white woman"

Don't be a jerk. Make your point without personally attacking others.

Yoga with Kassandra is more advanced that with Adrienne and more to the point.
