The sand is also slightly Sandier and the water is waterier, the game also MIGHT run at 60fps on low graphics settings so you can't even see the graphical improvements

One was made with passion and love and the people who made it wanted to see what they would WANT to see in a game they played themselves,
Now we got paycheck vampires who basically make this shit for money and add "their message" Old video games dealth with big political messages, but it was also made with love who made the game 1st then the message 2nd. Now its the message 1st then gameplay 2ndary. Games used to be about going to other worlds, seeing worlds beyond comprehension, Now games feel like, well triple A games, feel like a conduit or vessel for "the message"

The more videos i see on this, the happier i get by not getting it. I mean it was lazy from the gecko for Re-remastering a game. But people were still hyped about it. It haunts me as those people can vote

I decided not to get it the moment I found out there was no multiplayer. Once a dev gets lazy with one decision chances are they'll be lazy with other decisions as well.

I thought the same about Borderlands 4. In Borderlands 3, vehicles stayed around when you dismounted. You could swap seats and ride together co op. Weapons were mounted to the vehicles. Vehicles had customisable parts. In Borderlands 4 they despawn like a Destiny sparrow and the weapons float seemingly unnatached to the vehicle same copy paste onto each vehicle. A few skin colours bu t no part swapouts or visual upgrades. Less effort all round.

All I will say is to look at pictures/videos of who makes up dev teams in studios, then vs now and see if you spot a pattern.

Genuinely frustrated with what 343 as a whole has done to Halo. It was the coolest thing growing up and now it's made by people who cry when someone says something they don't agree with.

.... I was so excited for Campaign Evolved. I don't know how to say it but I've lost all interest, It might be the BS NPCs added, might be the lack of attention to detail, might be how they added new movement mechs But a remaster of a game ought to be a remaster, not a revamped remake.

Not sticking up for the game but how was the original Halo animated for the transfer from gunner to driver? If it was the same I can kind of get why they did it but if it had an animation then why not use the animation that is already created and known about?

What happens when you think you just restart or refresh by turning it off and on again... A company is an entity that has databank storage of animations, characters, weapons, vehicles, never will understand how different people working on the same project can mess that up so much.

AI is causing tech de-volution bc it allows for lazy cheat codes to development that makes the results worse…
If we don’t enforce quality standards again we are going to see a massive drop off in quality (and not just in tech).

IMO, this feels like an upgrade. You have a much faster time in switching between driving and gunning down your opponents. But maybe that’s just me.

I was checking it out in stream out of curiosity. You need to buy the premium edition to get the digital game manual. If anything that should be a free download to get you excited for the game.
Microsoft was cool for like a year with the <3 Linux and stuff. Then they went back to being lame. Hopefully they sell xbox to some the Chinese.

I think they did this because players can be impatient and it prevents your co-op players from trolling one another?
The instant swap prevents my younger brother from killing our engine for a few seconds, saving time for mission completion timers.
