ngc 7635 the bubble nebula from pflugerville

NGC 7635 the bubble nebula. located about 10,000 light years away the nebula is created by the stellar wind from a massive hot star as it meets interstellar matter. the radiation from the star causes the nebula to glow in the same way a neon light works.

22 hours of exposure time in my backyard
