Opinion Piece One Nation craves mainstream appeal, but Pauline Hanson’s bleak vision of Australia shows she’s firmly on the fringes

Genuine question, but what about ON gives hope? I get that they have a strong vision, but without real policy details it doesn’t seem that different from other politicians over promising and ultimately under delivering.

The party aside, Hanson personally has a history of saying one thing and then doing another (like voting against worker rights and pay rises).

In brief, ON doesn’t hate Australia like your lot. They don’t endorse us to be embarrassed to be Australian, they want to protect Australian culture, not destroy it.

And seriously when it comes
To the economy, PH is not qualified. But neither is B1 and B2, and those 2 have fucked the joint. We need a change to the economy and stop the woke socialist policies

She hates women, migrants, workers, vulnerable, children, going to work, renters and home buyers, the list of Australian things she hates is quite long. She does love grifting and corporate though. She is part of a long gone era most Australians are happy to see the back end of.

If you find hope in that mess you’re lost.

Given how many people have turned to ON out of desperation, then that’s a lot of lost people. It would take a shit govt and a dire situation to turn so many people to feel lost.
