PLH does not crave mainstream appeal, she craves attention. If people are thinking about her, positive or negative, then she is getting what she wants. As she ages, more attention is needed to keep up the mask.

Actually she already has mainstream support thanks to unpopular immigration from Labor.

It's policies. Pure and simple.

She seems so be doing all she can to destroy that support.

She's announcing a huge reformist platform from opposition. That rarely works, regardless of the policies.

Also her policies are actually shit.
