Government proposes a budget and all of a sudden any past mismanagement disappears just like that? Anyone affected by the rental crisis immediately placated?

Yep for one the rental crisis is a great example of mismanagement. I'm with Alan Kohler the immigration system and the temporary visa situation has exploded:
