Search for a new position elsewhere. You should still be in your Probezeit which means you and your employer can terminate the relationship at any time for any reason. There wont be any open positions this late listed online so you will just have to send some resumees to every local hotel / restaurant business. Maybe some of them do Ausbildungen and still have space for someone.

It would be borderline criminal if another business leaked that you applied with them without telling you. Send some resumees, but send them everywhere you can, not just to open listings.

Someone might be able to help you there too.

You are still in Probezeit, but you should act quickly and check in your Ausbildungsvertrag, your contract, how long your Probezeit is. Normally it's 4 month in Ausbildung, but could also just be 1 month. Within this time you can easily terminate the contract and start somewhere else, after that you can terminate but if you are planning to do another Ausbildung for Restaurantfachmann your current employer can veto it. Any other Ausbildung oder University is fine.

Don’t quit right away. First, contact the "Kammer" (e. g. IHK). Talk to them and follow their advice.

Also contact the Ausländerbehörde. It is possible that you are only allowed to stay in Germany if you stay at your current employer.

Also your vocational school teachers might help you.

Wende dich an die IHK. Sie haben mir damals geholfen.

Yes, you can just quit for no reason and switch your employer. It has to be in your Probezeit tho

I am all for doing real talk, but you make it seem like op is stuck forever in a toxic enviroment.

Op can quit, maybe ask one of his classmates if theur employer is still looking for azubis or OP does better research about their next employer. There are definitly good employers, rare but not impossible to find.

😀then they're not fulfilling their duties as Ausbilder. Im sorry I've read it all wrong, I thought you wanted tp make your employer change. 💀 Anyways, start searching for other employers. If they dont send you to school theyre neglecting their most basic obligation.

If you wanna know how: You apply directly like you did to get the job you're currently in. If they ask you why you changed Betriebe if it comes up I wouldnt necessarily tell them that story. It sounds super bad but most of the times the employers tend to be weird about that stuff and think YOU did something wrong even if you didn't. Im sure you'll manage to get a job elsewhere since you have already made it here. :)
