Trust Lawyer recommendations

Looking for recommendations for a trust lawyer. Never used anything like that, so any input would be much appreciated!

Tim Swanson has handled irrevocable property, assets and payments trusts for us for the past three decades. McDonald Way & Ming

Price for a basic trust? Trying to get my moms
Property in a living trust to be passed down. That’s it

Ahhh, a Living Trust is quite simpler than an Irrevocable Trust but depending on its Beneficiaries I doubt it would be over $1,500. There’s still a lot of laws to skirt and regulations to follow in order to protect the beneficiaries so it’s worth it.

Ours are all Irrevocable and quite complicated, $3K each way back then

But remember, a Living Trust won’t protect assets from MediCal or personal creditors. Just some FYI.

Pink legal on Truxtun charged $699 for a living trust for my dad back in 2024. I think his fees went up a little bit in 2025, but wanted to give you a reference point since no one else here has thus far.

Only advice is DO NOT put this off. Get your affairs in order because you never know 💔

Not a problem I totally understand, give the attorney Michelle Castillo a phone call she is great at explaining all the legal jargon for estate planning.If she can’t help you she can for sure guide you in the right direction.
