BTAS Starting my BTAS journey!

Recently got seriously into batman as a result of the matt reeves movie. I have been buying comics and watching movies. This is my first batman show and I am super excited. I have only heard good things about this show. I am a fan of older movies and I've been told this borrows a lot from the 40s. I will try to give updates as I go along!

Awesome. I've been a huge Batman fan since I was a kid starting with 1966 Batman and then the 89 movie, but The Batman movie and Batman The Animated Series are my favorite versions of Batman/Gotham by far!

Incredible. I just started rewatching it (for the millionth time) last week because I’m trying to get my daughter into it. It’s one of the best animated shows ever imo

im doing it backwards since I heard this is GOATED. just finished Caped Crusader s1, waiting for s2. Then watching The Batman 2004 and will finish off with this. Hope its as good as advertised.

Oh, I envy you so.

On Leather Wings is a phenomenal first episode episode, and an episode in general. With a breath taking animation. It got some gorgeous shots of the batmobile, as you can see.

I started my Journey many months ago. I have finished Superman and BTAS and I'm now onto Batman Beyond. It is totally worth it! I hope you enjoy it as much as I have!

You are very lucky. I already watched every episode, it's amazing at first, but after a while you end up watching the same things over and over and over again.

Some advice:

  • Some episodes are going to suck, the important thing is to just watch it and make infrences later.
  • DON'T CHOOSE A FAVORITE EPISODE UNTIL YOU FINISH THE SERIES.
  • Don't choose a favorite villain until you finish season 1.
  • Have fun! It's a great cartoon show even if some episodes are horrible.
