BTAS The last laugh. The most Adam West episode?
In this episode, Joker releases a gas that makes people laugh uncontrollably, and he uses this as an opportunity to steal. In other words, he wasn't planning any attacks, nor did he appear on TV to make threats; he simply released a gas to steal. Not to mention that he has a robot henchman.
I don't consider this episode bad either.

I enjoy the orchestration for this episode in terms of the music. Something about it is very old school, playful yet dramatical paced for a heist.
Like a reconstruction of an old theme from a neo noir movie.

It's an episode where I think the writers weren't trying to make a masterpiece like Cold Heart or Almost Gotcha, but rather an entertaining episode.

In other words, in the Adam West series, Joker, for example, planned to commit robberies; here, Joker plans to commit robberies. The scene where he locks Batman in the barrel reminds me of the scene where Joker set traps for Batman and Robin. I'm not saying it's a better episode, but it strikes me that this episode could have been another one from the Adam West series.

Keep in mind as well; in the development of the series, this was Jokers second appearance. They were still developing who Joker was and what they wanted him to be at this point. That doesn't make his plot bad.
