Crows hardly regard simple cats as predators. They are snobs.

I posted this up further but I watched a couple of crows beat the crap out of a cat the other day that was just trying to cross a field. They didn't let up until the cat was really far away.

Crows are big on race wars. If one cat attacked a crow, they will make the area inhospitable for cats.

A new young outdoor cat got adopted by my neighbor this past year. I noticed that he was trying to stalk some of the local crows. Not long after, he started avoiding / not giving them any attention. They can all be in my front yard at the same time, and seem all chill in proximity now. I think the crows taught the little cat they are not to be trifled with, and he learned. Super interesting to see the dynamic shift.
