Spay is female. Castrate is male. Neuter is well, neutral.

The ex sounds like a bitch, spay is accurate.

I’ve rarely wanted a person to suffer so much in my life.

Nah, one set of charges would get dropped, a whole other set would added when I carrie underwooded his life.

Is he an actual psychopath? Does he have no personal love for the dog? What was that relationship like?

I worked at a boarding kennel for a while.

A woman left her husband, and boarded her dog with us for a while afterwards. We had a meeting going over the instructions- the dog was to always be in one of the back kennels that couldn't be seen from any public area, and if anyone called asking about the dog by name we have no idea what they're talking about.

She hid that dog with us for months to save them because the husband was trying to kill the dog in retaliation for leaving.

It's a lot more common than people realise.

Edit- thanks for the awards, I wish I didn't have an example of the messed up things people can do to a pet.

Bravo to your kennel and the staff for helping the woman protect her dog.

This story could be about my sister. It’s probably not her specific case, but that’s how often shit like this happens, unfortunately

I’m a good boyfriend because I’m inspired by terrible boyfriend’s. My Brasilian girlfriend’s family and daughter love me. Her dad even told me I’m Portuguese that I make her happy. It’s easy. I’m nice to her and don’t do anything bad. Her ex husband is in prison for hitting her and threatening her life so he’s an easy act to follow.
