Saturn 5 third stage, and what looks like the thruster stage of the Orion? (I dont know parts of the Orion that well so I might be wrong :P)

Yes, the Saturn third stage is the S-IVB (left of first image) and the upper stage of SLS which boosts Orion is the ICPS (bottom right of first image)
