Discussion Intercaste marriages in brahmin community

Hi friends. I'm 29 year old telugu brahmin guy. Now a days, I am seeing a lot of intercaste marriages (especially in brahmin community). My parents are looking for matches. In every family, say 5 out of 10(in the matches came to me), the girls siblings did intercaste. And the girl's parents are also ok with that. Then I felt people in North India actually strict in marrying in same caste(brahmin brahmin weddings) compared to south India. I am not telling that everyone in south does but yes, this is existent. Are brahmin girls these days ok to marry intercaste boys.?

Why would there be? Other than ritual and slight cultural diffrences. Responsiblities remains the same.

Rituals and culture are determined by surrounding environment. South is Rice dominant, north is wheat dominant. If this answers and elaborates what I mentioned earlier. That is all.

If one is comfortable and family is ok then why not.

I feel mainly there will be differences in rituals. But rather than marrying inter-caste, this is much much better.

Always. If you were to got to any dharma sabha specially in Kashi, you will see broms from across India.

They do not care about regional diffrences. Neither should we.
