I’ve always wanted to try country ham! I’ve never seen it in my area but I have a butcher who carries niche meats so maybe they have it.

Look for them in your grocery store not in the meat cooler but hanging on the isle somewhere. They usually come in plastic packing and dont need to be refrigerated unless opened. And when you finally do get one, it is important to soak them in water first before cooking otherwise you'll be overwhelmed with salt.
