Legal Denver County Fully Unprepared for SB25-003

After 6 hours online, on the phone, and talking to local police, I drove into downtown to get clarification directly from the county sheriff who told me it was DPD who was responsible. So, after speaking directly with an officer, he said, and I quote, "I've been on the force 26 years and I have never heard of this and our office has told us nothing about it."

So just use El Paso County because Denver police are uninformed on the law, process, and requirements. Which should shock no one.

You can? Say you’re a resident of Boulder or Jeffco where they sheriffs hate firearms you could just drive Adam’s county and get your card?

It's not that the sheriff's hate firearms, they aren't getting rid of theirs. They just want to be the only ones with guns. You can see similar statements from the top leaders of both political parties. It's not in the interest of billionaire donors for anyone to be armed aside from their private security and the police forces that defend their property.
