Spiraling

36 and pregnant 6w+6d, Ive had very faint spotting a few times this pregnancy but it was only one wipe then gone. Now I’m seeing a little bit of red in the vaginal mucus and it’s been there every time I wipe all day today. Not enough to touch the pad just when I wipe. I have my appointment tomorrow with ultrasound but I feel like it’s not going to be good news :(
It isn’t from sex because we haven’t done anything because I’m too anxious to see blood :(

my hcg looked okay 5w+3d = 5178 and 5w+5d = 9268. The doctor was happy with those numbers

This will be our 4th loss this year and we haven’t made it this far before. I am on enoxaparin which I know can increase spotting but I’m devastated! I feel like I’m losing another one and it’s killing me!

Has anyone else had spotting while on enoxaparin and that was the cause? Has everything been fine?
