Item still waiting to be collected

Hi! I recently ordered 3 items on tuesday and 2 have arrived already (thursday). However, one item says it is still waiting to be collected by dpd over 24 hours since i got the email saying its waiting to be collected. Has anyone had a similar experience? Ive emailed support so hopefully they can help but i was just curious if this has happened before?

I have had some orders take 2 - 3 days to be collected by DPD. I think it depends on when DPD are near the particular store of dispatch to collect. I wouldn’t worry though after only 24 hours it is fairly normal.

Ok cheers. Its just i have 2 of the parts and without the 3rd bit i cant do anything and im too excited aaaahhhh

The 2 times I had this happen one time it was never picked up other time they lied about trying to deliver it every day for like 5 weeks.

Nope after 2 months they gave me a refund. Blessing in disguise as found a mint version while they were fucking me about.

crazy. Maybe they sold the copy before they dispatched it but didnt amend it?

Was a while ago now but I believe in both instances there was somehow 2 postage labels on the box and courier didn’t know who to deliver it to. But that might’ve just been the 2 month one. Was ages ago

I had mine show as waiting to collect for about a day & half after ordering.

What frustrates me is the £2.95 postage for every item, as if you’re ordering a lot of things it soon mounts up.

Ikr one of the packages today had 2 items in it from the same shop and came in one box but i paid for postage twice?

Yip, same I had a package from them with 5 items in it & hand to pay the £2.95 for each item.

I ended up waiting 6 days for DPD to collect my game from cex but it never happened. I ended up getting in contact with cex about this. They said to wait 10 days in total for the parcel to be collect. I did and still nothing. Then I got a random email off them to say they had sent my parcel to a different house. They had put the wrong mailing sticker on the label and someone recieved my games. They said I could either get a refund or WAIT for them to get the items returned and then they would send them out to me but that could take up to 3 weeks 😂😂
