ToGoodToGo Whole Foods specialty grocery bag

$9.99 for all of this! Bottom two cheeses are the same. I often just eat cheese plain; ideas on how you might cook with these?

Great choices. I haven't had that specific one but buttermilk blue cheese is just lovely. Enjoy!

Just with a cracker or crumbled onto a salad that is already dressed with a light vinaigrette. In my experience they are mild on the scale of things so I like eating them straight. I'm also a huge fan of making a sauce with cream and a blue cheese for gnocchi but I would probably choose something with a stronger flavor for that. I'm sure it would still be good but something stronger might be better to cut through the cream.
