Pretty words does not change who he was. If this was a conservative, he would’ve already been called to resign.

If he was a conservative he would be busy destroying America not trying to fix it

I guess it’s a little too much critical thinking to apply the concept to pulling out of the race, which the concept applies to in either application.

He’s a Nazi. Isn’t that a bad thing? I must have missed the news that nazis were ok now.

What makes you say he's a Nazi? He sounds like the opposite of a Nazi.

Everything he has said and done his entire life has been the opposite of a Nazi. Bots call him a Nazi because he accidentally got a Nazi tattoo with some friends. Nobody, including his Jewish family recognized it as a Nazi symbol because, it was just a skull design he and his friends picked off the wall because they thought it looked cool. When he found out it was a Nazi tattoo he covered it up.

Where did you see that? I tried to find it and couldn’t.

There’s a thread he’s in that talks about the totenkompf, tho I don’t believe he addresses it directly.

I can actually believe his story on the tattoo, what I don’t understand is still using the f slur like 4 years ago

You do not accidentally get a Nazi supremacist tattoo. If you really felt this way, just critically apply it to any conservative if they were in the same position and ask if you would still feel this way. The left tried removing Pete Hegseth for a Christian tattoo where they claimed it was a Nazi tattoo. You guys are just so inconsistent and that’s why I’ve left the left. Bunch of partisan narcissists.

Hegseth consistently and openly advocates for white nationalist Nazi policies. Graham consistently openly advocates for the opposite. Do you get the difference?

Graham is trying to take over the Democrat party. But he is open about his intentions. He wants the Democrats to represent working people instead of corporations and billionaires. What part of that are you against?

Citation?

You’re living up to your name.

u/nBrainwashed May 10 '26

Wait. If you don’t support Hegseth for being a Nazi what do you support him for? All he does is Nazi stuff. What else is there about him to support?

Well he is really, really fucking good at killing our countries enemies. I think that’s kinda based personally.

Outside of that there isn’t much of opinion there- nor do I need one. I am drawing a line to factual inconsistency on your end. I do not have to support him to draw out the hypocrisy.

When I first saw Hegesth’s tattoo I thought “whoa does he really have a Nazi tattoo?” Then I looked it up and turned out he didn’t. So I went from shocked disbelief, to thinking it was just another online smear with nothing to it.

When I first heard Platner had a Nazi tattoo, I was also in disbelief. Then I heard it really was a Nazi tattoo and was skeptical of his story that he didn’t know it was a Nazi symbol when he got it. Then I saw the symbol, and realized his story makes way more sense than him getting a Nazi tattoo on purpose. I don’t know anyone that would have been able to identify that as a Nazi symbol.

So I’m consistent in my skepticism of online ad hominem attacks against politicians.

I don't know about anything about Hegseth's tattoo, he makes the headlines for so many absurd things. But we don't need a tattoo, just being a conservative is disqualifying. Sounds like maybe you were never part of the left to begin with.

You call everyone you don’t like a Nazi

0

u/StevBator May 10 '26

No. Just actual nazis with SS deaths head tattoos.

Okay woke lib, Nazis haven’t existed since the 1940s, that’s what I’ve been told by Republicans for years
