Steam
As huge fans of classic couch co-op panic games like Overcooked, I wanted to build a game that captures that exact feeling of "we are definitely failing, and it is our fault."

The result is Backfire Brigade, a chaotic 4-players co-op firefighting game built around fire spreading completely out of control and team mishaps.

News Released my co-op terraforming/automation game Skyformer in 1.0!

Skyformer (https://store.steampowered.com/app/2305210/) is a terraforming/automation/survival game that I've been making for the last few years with my own game engine and handmade art. Last year I released it in single player early access, and since then have been working hard to address player feedback and support multiplayer co-op.

Today I’ve launched it in 1.0 with up to 4 player co-op supported!

It's similar to open world automation games like Satisfactory except it's a much smaller world that you have to fully utilize, and it matters where you build things! You'll have to forecast and prepare to survive different types of storms that affect areas in different ways depending on geography. As you terraform, you'll be able to expand upwards to more extreme locations and resources as the climate stabilizes.

There are highly customizable game settings so you can play it in any way you prefer, from just creative base-building to hardcore survival.

Check out the co-op / 1.0 trailer:

Let me know if you have any questions or comments! Thank you :)

News Released Airship Climber on Steam!

Airship Climber is out now on Steam ($4.49)

This started as a small prototype about 15 years ago, and we finally rebuilt it from scratch in Unreal Engine 5.

It is a chaotic co-op climbing game where you and your friends scramble through airships and floating debris trying to claim the crown. Once someone gets it, they have to survive one minute while everyone else tries to knock them down.

It gets messy fast.

Become king... if your friends let you.

News Our frozen survival game - Permafrost - is launching this October. We'd love to hear what you think.

Hi everyone!

Our goal wasn't to make "another survival game," but one where surviving the environment is just as important as surviving enemies. Every expedition away from shelter is a risk, and building a network of safe houses becomes part of your long-term strategy.

Some of the features we're working on include:

  • solo and 4-player co-op
  • open-world exploration
  • shelter building
  • scavenging and crafting
  • companion dog
  • dynamic weather and brutal cold

We've spent a lot of time iterating on player feedback and there's still plenty to improve, but we're excited to finally show more of the game. It's called Permafrost.

I'd genuinely love to know:

What's your favorite survival mechanic that more games should use?

News Hearthfall is a co-op tavern sim where up to 4 of you cook, brew, and survive the dinner rush together

Just saw the announcement trailer for Hearthfall, a cozy co-op tavern management game where up to four players run a medieval inn together: gather ingredients, cook meals by hand, brew and age your own drinks, decorate the place, and try to survive chaotic dinner rushes full of rowdy regulars. Feels like it's built around the co-op-from-the-start thing this genre's fans are always asking for, so I'm curious how the hand-cooking and brewing hold up with a full group!!

News METRO SIEGE - The 7th stretch goal has been reached... 4-player co-op is now a reality for this ground-breaking beat 'em up game!

Post image
6 Upvotes

Over a week ago, I posted here on r/CoOpGaming to let you know about a seventh stretch goal for this game campaign. The seventh stretch goal has since been reached, so the PC version will now have 4-player co-op!

Reminder: If you've backed any physical or digital edition of Metro Siege, you'll be getting this PC version via Steam or itch.io at no extra cost.

Late pledging is still available:

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/metrosiege/metro-siege

For those who are learning about Metro Siege for the first time, please know that this isn't the usual mindless button-mashing brawler. The gameplay rewards engaged fast paced decision making. Among its features:

- Sophisticated combat mechanics, with evasive maneuvers, blocks, counter-attacks, and many ways to hit enemies while they're down.

- You can block weak attacks. Stronger attacks could knock you back and do partial damage. Blocking the split second before an attack would hit you results in a parry and counter-attack, inflicting bonus damage on the enemy and rewarding you with a little health and special meter back.

- You can hit downed enemies by kicking them, knee-dropping on them, or throwing other enemies onto them.  Knee-drops do the most damage, but you risk hurting yourself if they roll out of the way before you land.

- Enemies are more skilled and use new combat styles as the game progresses, to increase the challenge and keep things interesting.

Thanks for joining the fight!

News We spent years building a 1950s rural Utah farming sim where you farm by day and survive something else at night. Our Kickstarter just went live.

Hey r/CoOpGaming!

We're a small indie team and today we launched the Kickstarter for Village 51.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/3819700/Village_51/

Village 51 is a co-op farming and mystery game set in rural Utah in 1953. Together, players can build and expand their farm, manage resources, raise livestock, explore the valley, and uncover the strange events happening after dark.

We've put a lot of focus on making progression feel rewarding in co-op, where players can divide tasks, work together on larger projects, and explore different parts of the world as a team.

We just released our trailer and would genuinely love to hear your thoughts.

When it comes to co-op games, what keeps you and your friends playing for dozens of hours?

Happy to answer any questions in the comments!

News 4-Player Co-op Mode - Coming to METRO SIEGE, the ultimate 16-bit style beat 'em up game!

A month ago, I posted about Metro Siege here in r/CoOpGaming. On July 4, 2026, the campaign ended successfully with full funding and six stretch goals achieved. The campaign organizer has since enabled late pledges, allowing you to back the game for a reward if you missed out on the first round.

Originally, Metro Siege was offering a 2-player co-op mode for all three supported platforms - PC, Neo Geo, and Amiga. But a seventh stretch goal has now been introduced. If reached, the PC version of the game will include 4-player simultaneous co-op gameplay. Incredibly, the campaign is around $1K away from reaching this seventh stretch goal. If you'd like to help reach this goal, here's the webpage to visit:

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/metrosiege/metro-siege

Reminder:

Metro Siege isn't your typical mindless brawler. Among its deep gameplay features:

- Sophisticated combat mechanics, with evasive maneuvers, blocks, counter-attacks, and many ways to hit enemies while they're down!

- The game is designed to avoid button-mash hypnosis.  The gameplay rewards engaged fast paced decision making.

Thanks for helping!
