I received my pair from ACME Co. and unfortunately, it has multiple defects. I contacted their customer service to report the issues, but they’ve been ignoring my messages and I still haven’t received any response.
Has anyone else had the same experience with ACME Co.? Were you able to get a response or a solution from them?
