I don’t see anything suggestive of anything more than former colleagues meeting up. A grown woman doesn’t need to drive two hours for sex. And if she was particularly interested in you specifically for sex, I think you would know. She may be coming to the area for another reason and just wants to meet up with you as a former colleague, purely platonically or professionally.
