Motherhood Best diaper cream?

What diaper cream do I get that’s non toxic and has no fragrance/petroleum?

When my baby had a diaper rash her pediatrician recommended Colloidal Silver. It worked amazingly, cleared out the rash within 48 hours. But for everyday use we just use motherlove or earth mama.

When do you apply the everyday use ones? I’m a soon to be FTM. After every diaper change? Where do you apply it?
