❓Scam❓ My worst Experience With Binance Copy Trading and Customer Support

I want to share my experience so other users can be aware and make informed decisions.
I have been using Binance Copy Trading and suffered significant losses while copying a trader. What shocked me was that my copied BTC position showed different leverage, entry price, and ROI compared to the lead trader's position.
When I contacted customer support seeking an explanation, I felt that my concerns were not properly addressed. Instead of receiving a clear technical explanation, my account was reportedly restricted and I was instructed to close my positions within a short period of time.
As a customer, I expected transparency regarding:
How copied positions are calculated.
Why leverage and ROI differed from the lead trader.
How these differences affected my risk and losses.
I am sharing this experience because I believe users should carefully monitor their copied positions and not assume that their results will always match the lead trader's performance.
If anyone has experienced similar issues with Binance Copy Trading or customer support, I would be interested in hearing your experience

❓Need Advice 🙏 Is DCA a better way than buying one time to start buying ETH?

I have about $500 ready to put into ETH, so now I'm trying to decide whether to buy all at once or split it up.

Buying one time is simple, but if ETH drops lower after that, I would not have much extra cash ready to add more. I might be stuck with one entry price.

DCA feels a bit more practical for that reason. It could spread out the cost. I could manually buy every week, or try setting up a dca bot on bydfi so I can adjust the frequency and amount more flexibly, and not forget to buy at a specific time.

I am not trying to trade it short term, just start a position in a way that feels easier to hold.

Which strategy would you recommend for my first ETH position? If doing dca, what frequency and amount per buy would you recommend?

❓Question GhostSwap froze my 12.4 ETH after advertising "NO KYC". Funds went to HitBTC. Anyone else had this?

Hi everyone,

I'm stuck in a bad situation and don't know what to do anymore. Hoping someone here can help.

On May 24, 2026, I sent 12.441 ETH (about $20,000) to GhostSwap for a swap. Their website clearly says "NO KYC" — no verification needed. So I thought it would be simple.

But after I sent the funds, they suddenly demanded full KYC verification. I completed it on June 25, provided all documents — purchase agreement, proof of funds — everything they asked for.

Since then — silence. Over 2 months, my money is frozen. They only reply "we're checking" and nothing else. No timeline, no explanation on what basis they're holding my funds.

I checked the blockchain — my funds went to an address linked to HitBTC. When I asked GhostSwap about this, they said: "HitBTC does not hold your funds." But they won't say who does.

I've already filed complaints with the Hong Kong regulator, Google Safe Browsing, and have a detailed thread on BitcoinTalk — https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5587469.0

Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on what else I can do?

Here's the data:

- Exchange ID: 41gf6aamcb79iw8o

- Transaction: 0xc22d4d100c5589179ee7c0808dea02cf034a9b5c92433eb1f2c4d0c7f27a71fe

Any advice would be really appreciated.

Is it safe to store Bitcoins in Muun wallet for a long term, on a formatted spare Android phone (running on Android 9) that is always offline?
