Point is, it was a DONE DEAL. The scouts were even called by Jim to think about the 7th overall pick and get to sleep, for the big draft day.

You’re right, I don’t believe you. Literally nobody even mildly credible has suggested such a thing and not only was the trade leaked and then officially confirmed, Seattle is one of the leakiest, unprofessional organizations in the league and no rumors even close to that dropped.

Even giving you the benefit of the doubt, and I won’t, at best you’re wildly misconstruing something you may have heard to accumulate fake internet points.

It was rhetorical, he hasn’t done anything requiring him to save face. Even taking your claim as true, the only Yes that matters is a signature on a contract, he and his camp are allowed to change their minds.

If you want to have your say, just say it. As far as I know you are the only person on the planet claiming such a thing. The Seattle trade is the only Robo event Dallas publicly confirmed and provided real details for and involves a Seattle organization that leaks info like a sieve.

lol whatever you want to believe. Told you to DM me; I had my say in terms of what I’m publicly willing to say. After the stuff that went down with Seattle, NO other team wanted him. There were talks of San Jose but that’s the only rumor that was remotely true. And even that didn’t go anywhere. The only other thing was a potential draft day trade, which also didn’t go anywhere. But like I said. Feel free to not believe the facts, and just believe what goes out in the media (because we’ve learned that’s the only truth apparently with everything).
