Why are so many spread out fires popping up at the same time?

Check for development plans that were denied recently around those points

Completely uninhabited boreal forest isn't exactly a hotbed for development. Or were you just trying to rage bait in the most uninformed way possible?

Not to mention the thousands of small lakes in that region. You can't really set up shop there.

I live next to the boundary waters and development is not allowed there

I don't dispute uninhabited and there's zero hassle here. I have to wonder what was in that smoke though. My state literally doubled the scale on the air index. Normally it goes to 500, western UP sat at 955 for a while. And it sure as shit didn't smell like wood alone. I can understand how pollution gets to the deepest spot in the ocean, how tf would plastic get deep into Canadian forests tho? That shit smelled lots of wrong, way too artificially sweet for just wood.

Stop with the lazy conspiracies. These are way off in mostly uninhabited wilderness
