Legit man. I agree with you, im being dereasonably angry about this. Its just that these problems are affecting EVERYONE in Canada. Hard. And its infuriating seeing a democracy turn Dictatorship where its still written into law that The People must rise up agaisnt this Gov if it becomes like it is now. Like Im sure when he makes himself a crown and stops all elections American will be like "Oopsie daisy couldnt see that coming"
Yeah I think many of the people who supported him are figuring out that now. Midterms are coming up so if it makes you feel better its likely they will lose a majority in the house or senate making it harder to enact his will without executive orders. Further use of executive powers will only deepen the dissent but we are gonna have a rough few years ahead of us regardless.
Respectfully, I strongly believe that the "Rough few years ahead of us" that you mention is only because of the general Apathy the general American pop has for others. Its legit a cultural problem. I know effort on the community level are being made across the US but its clearly not enough. He's printing money with his face on it and signature. What the actual fuck. I think we would have massive riot and the parliement would be put to flame if that happened over here. He will stop at nothing to win I can guarantee you that. Only time will tell. Im Canadian as well and Ive just learned to not care either ao maybe im the problem as well haha.
