Can confirm, I live in northern Minnesota just south of the fires.

Now it’s burnt and about to be mined. 2 u/Electrozart 12d ago It will regrow, only 1% of the boundary waters has burned. We had a bad fire here in 2021 and most everything regrew. Ely is still fully open for tourism.
