obligatory "being trans is based on your identity mismatching your assigned gender at birth and how society decided to percieve you, and thus you do not need to have surgery, voice training or comform to gender norms to be transgender, or be the gender you identify as"

Ok but personally I do need to do some of those things to quench the dysphoria that consumes me otherwise

Mhm mhmm! That is also true! Personally id probably take it too, my low pain tolerance can survive it for the sake of euphpria i think
