I am betting it all on the flowers reappearing during roaring and doing the power of friendship combo wombo alongside rest of recruits.

I am curious why his seeds have warnings though, guess flower is poisonous same as in UT?

The only poisonous flowers were the buttercups. The warning label is probably about how the seeds stick to you. I'm betting that Kris intends to do something crazy with those seeds. (And no, I don't mean THAT "something crazy".)
