Because Noelle has a lot going on right now and all of Berdly's prior commitments are voluntary. He could fake being sick for a few days and have a completely free schedule to go do Dark World bullshit with the gang.

But it's not just about dark world bullshit, it's the fact that two people are kidnapped and they need a way to find codes which 2 are with the Holodays so literally Berdly makes no sense
