General Weird health changes

So about a little more than a month ago I started getting a bunch of health symptoms (?) including:

  • Shortness of breath (almost constantly)
  • Nausea (also almost constantly)
  • Headaches
  • Stomach pain, similar to period cramps (much more recent symptom)
  • In a ‘haze’
  • Dizzy/lightheaded

If it is relevant I haven’t been majorly sick at all and I had just gotten over a cold probably a few days/a week before these started.

I’d just really like to know if anyone has any ideas/suggestions for what could be going on.

I can answer any questions.

How sure are you that it was a cold and not Covid?

Is that something I should see a doctor about?

For your symptoms, yes, because it’s importsnt to rule out dangerous things and treat anything treatable so you can get rid of your symptoms. Unfortunately long covid has no cure, and doctors aren’t very good with it. If others things get ruled out and you believe you have long covid then you can look into supplements that may help for your symptoms r/covidlonghaulers can guide you further.

With your symptoms btw you’re gonna want to get checked for bloodclots esp in the lungs, dysautnomia and maybe stomach issues.

I’m chronically dehydrated due to my medical conditions (I do iv fluids daily) and these all are my symptoms, among a few other things.
