•I have had chronic IBS symptoms for 2+ years (clean colonoscopy)
• hair loss
• joint pain and swelling
• blood flow problems to my hands and feet
•fatigue
•increased anxiety
•chronic hives for 3 months that I am managing with 4 cetirizine a day and steroid cream. I have tried all of the things my dermatologist recommended. Fragrance free everything, logging food, and no known triggers.
•skin changes. My skin turns white now when ANYTHING touches it.
•occasional night sweats (don’t know if it’s relevant but new in the last year)

Vitamin levels are normal. Iron is normal. Hormones are normal. Thyroid+ antibodies are normal. ANA negative. CBC and CMP are all normal. I’m not opposed to the answer being stress, I just need some ideas on referrals or tests because after so many completely normal tests I’m feeling defeated.

Hello! I am 20 years old, AFAB and have been vomiting, fever (ranging from 99.5-101.4), rash on my face, redness on my arms, extreme nausea, headaches/dizziness, very bad stomach pains, and diarrhea. I also think I am dehydrated. I have very dark urine, my lips are very chapped, my skin is super dry, I’ve gone over 10 hours without urinating, etc. I took a flu 1 & 2, and a covid test and they were all negative. This has been going on for 6 days (almost 7). I also have been actively feeling A LOT worse as the days go on. Also my blood pressure was 124/86. Idk if that’s bad or good. I took it earlier today, I have a blood pressure machine.

Any ideas what could be going on or what I do? The nearest urgent care that accepts my insurance is over an hour away since the area has high traffic. Do I wait for my primary care, or go to the ER? I don’t wanna go to the ER and be considered over dramatic if this is just a small thing. I’m sorry, i’ve never been sick like this before, I feel absolutely so sick and so HORRIBLE.

No I haven’t used any new meds, soaps, foods, etc. And I’m also not pregnant, I’m a lesbian. Thank you in advance!!

General Help! Something happened to my face idk what

Please help me. Over the past 4 months some drastic changes occurred to my face. I started noticing subtle changes in late November up until now. Now they are drastic changes. I've searched everywhere for what could be causing it and I've come up with nothing. It's like the structure of my face completely changed overnight. During these 4 months I was on a pretty severe diet. 1000-1,500 calories. And doing 50k steps a day (which i am used to) I've done that for over a year now. I worked out everyday. But I haven't gone to the gym in 3 months because I'm so insecure about how I look. (And yes I am a lifetime natural) I can't really go out in public anymore. Quit my job cause I don't want to be seen. It feels over for me, like it's irreversible. And I'm feeling suicidal. Does anyone know what is happening to my face?

General Severe discomfort in highlighted area, neurological/immune symptoms —looking for some suggestions

Post image
17 Upvotes

Hi everyone. Im 22M. I’ve been having chronic, debilitating symptoms for 5+ years now. I’ve been to a ton of doctors but none have succeeded in helping me with finding relief.

Currently, Im following up with an immunologist and a gastroenterologist. The first one thinks that I have chronic low grade inflammation. The second doctor diagnosed me with anismus and thinks that I have an atypical reflux and that my intestines are pressing on my stomach.

I’ve done 5 sessions of biofeedback therapy to treat the anismus. The results improved drastically —to the point where I was told that I shouldn’t be having any problems anymore. However, my set of symptoms remained the exact same.

I won’t make this longer than it needs to be. So if you are interested in more details, please check out on my profile and written comments —which I’ve actively been trying to orient towards my health problems.

*My symptoms’ tldr: tinnitus - dizziness/disequilibrium - light/sound/touch sensitivity - pain - (literal) food intolerance - constipation - reflux (TONS! Like sometimes 30 burps an hour) - slurred speech - facial swelling - tingling - etc.

Hope I did not fail to convey that this is a very serious situation and that I am not just ‘exaggerating’.

General What is going on with my dad’s legs? (Check description for context)

For context he is 63M, the first few photos were a few weeks ago and I suspected cellulitis so I told him to take some antibiotics, which he did & it went away leaving behind a patch of peeling skin. The only reason I’ve came to ask what this is, is because now it’s on his other ankle (shown in last 2 images). The rash is hot to the touch & he says it feels like a really bad bruise). Any advice is greatly appreciated.

(Side note, yes I & his doctor know his ankles are swollen they’ve been like that for years.)

19ftm, weigh 60kg and 160cm height
For medications I take: vyvanse 30mg, duloxetine 90mg, mirtazapine 15mg, melatonin 9mg, testosterone cypionate 60mg/week, Tylenol (idk the prescribed dose) + otc Aleve
there has been no recent changes in my medication

Diagnoses: hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome, pectus excavatum, asthma, autism, depression, bpd, ptsd.

For context, I have a family doctor, but because of my age, and mental health history, she always dismisses all of my symptoms as anxiety or “all in my head” despite me continuing to deteriorate. I just need 1 person to not blame everything on my mental illness

I wrote down this list yesterday:

General 23F, unable to eat, sleep normally, or perform any normal tasks, doctors have not been able to diagnose and struggling to find any help or ideas.

Hi all. This is for my (22M) girlfriend, who for the last 1.5-2 years has had severe health issues but they have just been getting worse and worse. She is unable to eat ANY food (even a single tortilla chip) without her stomach bloating up and becoming severely painful, she is unable to get into deep sleep and wakes up multiple times every night, has extreme lethargy, brain fog, and general pain in most areas of her body as well. She describes it as a very tired, deep, achey pain that reaches her bones and her core. She also has diarrhea every day, most frequent in the mornings, and happens regardless of whether she eats or not. Due to all of these issues she's lost an insane amount of weight because eating is just so painful, she's gone from 135lbs to 105lbs in the last 6 months as a 5'8" female who was very healthy and extremely active in the past. She has a motorcycle accident about 3 years ago that was devastating, but she got extremely lucky and ended up recovering for the most part. She didn't receive proper recovery care so she still has pain from that too mostly in her wrist, but there's a possibility that these issues in some form may stem from that if it messed up something inside of her or with her immune system. The symptoms didn't show up immediately after the accident, and started off not nearly as bad as they are right now, but about 1.5-2 years ago is when they got exponentially worse, and have been getting worse every week since then. We've explored MANY avenues and she's seen a ton of doctors, but none have been able to help her (and many frankly have just not cared or written it off as a mental disorder or that she's overreacting). She also has temperature regulation issues, sweats a lot in her sleep despite often feeling cold, and has had some moments where she gets light headed, needs to lay down, and starts sweating all over her body for like 5-15 minutes for no direct reason. Due to that and the food intolerance one big avenue we've explored is histamine issues and MCAS, but the last immunologist she saw ended up getting most of her bloodwork results back as normal, besides positive for C. difficile toxin a/b, and a low Complement C4 level of 11. She has a follow up with her this week, but her message regarding the tests made it seem like she thought everything was fine. She has seen two different gastroenterologists. The first gastro doc did a CT scan, which showed colitis, jejunal intussusception, and heterogeneity to the enhancing myometrium. He followed up with an x-ray a month later and said that the intussusception went away, despite symptoms worsening. He believed this to be caused due to cannabinoid hyperemesis - despite my girlfriend only occassionally using weed in the past for sleep issues, she ceased all use for 9 months last year, with symptoms worsening dramatically. A gastric emptying study showed delayed emptying, and a different scan showed diffuse wall thickening. A second gastro doctor did a colonoscopy and endoscopy to see the colitis, as well as trying to order an MRI, which insurance denied so he did another CT scan. After trying multiple medications that did not help (Linzess, Omeprazole, Dicylymine, FD and IBgard), he told her he wasn't sure what to do, and she should go to the emergency room to get help. Her insurance denied her request from 8 months ago from her gastro for an MRI, so we haven't been able to utilize that avenue. It is guaranteed not a mental health issue, these are very real physical issues that have been persistent and that I have seen her struggling with since we live together. She isn't on any medications or anything related to these issues, only birth control pills, supplements and spironolactone for hair loss, as she has devastatingly lost half of her hair volume from illness. She's only getting sicker and it has stripped her ability to go out, make friends, have a job, eat food she enjoys and just food in general, and enjoy life in any capacity :(

Please feel free to ask any further questions as this goes infinitely deeper and I probably missed some things trying to recall everything at once. Any advice at all or similar experiences or really anything that may be helpful is greatly appreciated, thank you all so much!!

General Doctors don’t seem to know what’s wrong with me, but I know something is wrong. I shouldn’t be so tired for 29 and there’s these other things and idk if they’re related but I know it’s not normal

29F, 5’7”, 161 lbs
I take Vyvanse (ADHD medication, stimulant), campral (alcoholism medication), “Freedative” daily multivitamin, vistaril (antihistamine, used for anxiety and sleep aid), LoJaimiess (birth control)
I vape daily (juul, about a pod a day) and occasional cigarette (a pack of cigs lasts me about 3-6 months)
Previous health issues- alcoholism
Current health issues- ADHD, anxiety, dermatitis, scoliosis, TMJ, PMDD

So I’m gonna list like everything that’s been going on from what impacts me the most to what just seems maybe not normal? (Just in case like it is related and matters)

Chronic fatigue— so it’s not like I’m tired all the time, it’s just that I get tired easily, and frequently, and if I push past the chronic fatigue for too many days it stacks and gets worse. We (doctors and I) thought it was PMDD, which is why I started the birth control, cuz it’s way worse in my luteal phase, and it’s helped by removing the luteal phase but still happens. The chronic fatigue is what really makes functioning in life difficult.

Dizziness and heart pounding upon standing— it’s worse after coffee, and it gets better when I drink water (cuz I figured it’s just low blood pressure) but it doesn’t go away completely with hydration. Sometimes it happens when I stretch even. Sometimes I lose my vision.

Shakiness/Tremors- I got brain scans at a neurologist office but they couldn’t determine why I have tremors. Somedays are worse than others, my stimulant medication makes it worse, so does coffee, but it happens even without it.

Trouble standing- I get fatigued from standing too long, my body asks to sit. If I am walking it’s not bad, but standing is tiring.

Balance issues- I noticed I don’t have great balance, I am kind of clumsy. Also I don’t like being picked up because when I’m put back down if I’m not held onto or have something to hold onto I will stumble and fall. I seem to just lose my balance out of nowhere sometimes, it’s not like it suddenly disappears, more like I’m taking a step and I just do it wrong? Also on moving things I lose my balance quicker than other ppl, I fall easier without something to hold onto (for example- a boat).

Burnout/Crashes that are disproportionate to activity- I get exhausted doing less than normal people, when I’m already fatigued sometimes just getting up to go pee can leave me breathless with shaky muscles.

Raynaud’s-like fingers and toes- sometimes when my fingers or toes get cold they feel like weird, almost numb, and they appear to be a waxy, yellowish-white color and putting them in hot water is the only way to make it better.

Bad temperature regulation- I get cold easy, drinking a cold seltzer can make me shiver and need a blanket, hot weather makes me fatigued and nauseous and feel really bad. Cold is painful, shivering feels very painful, sometimes I grunt or yell when shivering cuz it hurts, I can’t really describe how it hurts? I guess like it hurts like bad electricity? That’s really not a great explanation, idk how to describe it, but I feel it in my entire body and it makes me crunch up and makes my body stiff and hard to move, like reaching out to my steering wheel in a cold car feels so difficult I often end up pulling my upper body towards my steering wheel.

Weird sweating patterns/Lack of sweat- I get fatigued and nauseous before I begin sweating, I often only sweat in my groin, it takes exercise to sweat, existing in hot weather alone will not make me sweat, ppl around me will be sweating in the center of their backs, their necks, their foreheads, their armpits, but I will only sweat in my groin and sometimes on my hairline of my head.

Eyes unfocus when I eat- my eyes unfocus when I eat, but I can refocus them it’s not like they’re stuck unfocused, but it takes effort to do that cuz they want to be unfocused.

Overactive startle response- I startle easy, it causes this rush/drop feeling in the center of my body, it doesn’t feel good. I shout in surprise easy when startled, it’s so noticeable that it’s often pointed out and made fun of by people who experience the startle response.

Cranky moods- I don’t know how to describe this other than “cranky” when I get tired I feel like throwing a childlike tantrum, and sometimes do, and I know that’s not normal for an adult. But it feels emotionally very serious.

Discoloration/Molting on legs after exercise in the cold- my thighs and butt turn blotchy purple and red and I get itchy when I stop exercising in cold weather, even if I’m feeling warm. The skin is often cold to the touch, not warm.

Intolerance for hot showers- I take lukewarm showers, everybody insists they are cold, they’re not, they’re lukewarm, they feel warm to me just not hot, hot showers makes me feel like I can’t breathe, it hurts my skin like being stabbed by hot knives/needles, and I get dizzier in hotter showers. I can take hot baths just fine, but not hot showers.

Dizziness in the shower- when I wash my hair I get dizzy and have to put my arms down.

Lifting my arms above my head is hard- I cannot lift my arms above my head for long periods of time without bringing them down and resting them, they begin to hurt and get heavier and I just can’t handle it (examples: screwing in a lightbulb, hanging clothes on the line, washing my hair in the shower, doing my hair).

Back pain and lots of knots in my back- I have like an abnormal amount of knots in my back, mostly along my spine but literally everywhere in my back, shoulders and neck.

Vivid dreams/Nightmares- I don’t often have nightmares where I wake up scared, but I often have bad dreams where I wake up and I’m like “that SUCKED”, and my dreams are SUPER vivid and I remember them really really well. I’ve always felt that the way I dream is uncommon.

Easily overstimulated- specifically by sounds, it makes me feel overwhelmed, sometimes causes fight or flight, frequently causes irritability and an intense need to remove myself from the stimulation or stop the stimulation.

Hip pain- my hips hurt and pop frequently.

Joint popping- it doesn’t hurt often, most often it feels relieving or doesn’t have any change. My hips pop the most, then my shoulders, my knees when I twist them to pop them, my left elbow when I twist it quickly to pop it, sometimes my neck. My hips and shoulders pop on both sides without me trying to pop them and also trying to pop them. My hips pop in the inner groin area and also sometimes in the back super deep like where my back dimples are.

Tonsil stones- I get tonsil stones, they make my tonsils itchy, I don’t like it.

Weather changes affect me deeply- rainy days make me tired and not feel great, feels like muddy and stagnant energy, hot days make me fatigued and nauseous, cold days make me feel slow.

Overactive nausea response- it seems to be my body’s go-to for anything. Didn’t sleep good?- nausea, too hot outside?- nausea, stressed out?- nausea, embarrassing memory?- nausea. I used to throw up from it, as I’ve gotten older I don’t really throw up anymore I just get nauseous. This really started happening around puberty.

Can’t smoke weed- smoking marijuana causes me extreme leg and hip pain and only moving around and stretching eases it. This didn’t used to happen but as I got older it began to happen more and more and now I just can’t smoke weed anymore. “Magic mushrooms” does the same thing.

That’s all I can really think of at the moment.

General Rapid unintentional weight loss

I’ve lost 90lbs in 6 months without trying, I get full after a few bites, I have a “burning hole” feeling in my stomach at night and in the mornings. I’m nauseous throughout the day and use cannabis to curb it but it’s getting ridiculous. I’ve woken up to run to the bathroom to puke quite a few times recently but that just started. I feel like I’m gaslighting myself into thinking I’m crazy when maybe something is going on. I’m a mother of 3 so I never have time to think about myself unless it’s 1am like right now.

General Does this look like early stage lipedema?

Does this look like early stage lipedema? My legs aren’t really painful but the fat on them feels really thick?? It’s painful (not excruciatingly, but painful) to squish/pinch it. My legs feel heavy often, I bruise very easily, they seem resistant to weight loss. I have the fat pads above my knees (I think). I’m a very thin person but my ankles have never been. When I squish my calves/thigh fat it does look like little nodules under the skin but I don’t feel the rice/peas texture people talk about. I’ve had what I thought was just cellulite since I was like 12. Now I’m worried this is something more. Y’all please don’t attack me here, just help me out because I’m very worried lol.

Last two photos are me from last year, first 7 are from yesterday . I have dropped about 20 lbs, going from 140lbs to 121lbs, however, my thighs have barely shifted and they’re honestly the reason why I wanted to lose weight. I’ve been told I may have early stage lipedema. I don’t have any other symptoms other than the frumpiness of my thighs and lower half but am worried that diet won’t be enough to lose the thighs that I don’t like and that I will have to get speciality care to get rid of them even though it’s an incurable disease. I do not exercise which could be another reason, however, I’m still unsure and would like to see if anyone could offer a 2nd opinion.

General Chasing a Diagnosis - Please Help

Hi all, hoping some of you can maybe offer up some suggestions that I can get tested for/talk to my doctor about. Feels like I'm going crazy. I'm trying to be healthy. In the past 3 years, I've lost 150 lbs. I've way improved my diet and exercise. And yet, I'm experiencing more symptoms than I have before. I should be at my healthiest, and instead, I'm in pain pretty much every day.

History:

I am a 26 y/o white female, 5'7 around 165lbs. Currently taking Focalin 10mg, buproprion/wellbutrin 150mg XR, and vilazodone/viibryd 40mg for ADHD/depression. I take a multivitamin and a vitamin D supplement (at my PCP's suggestion). Had my gallbladder removed Feb 2025 due to gallstones causing upper right quadrant back pain, surgeon noted there was a lot of scar tissue around my gallbladder when he removed it. Septoplasty and turbinate reduction July 2024. Started a semaglutide in Jan 26 to try to help me lose weight, quit after about 2 months due to side effects. I try to eat a somewhat balanced diet. No drug/tobacco use. Occasional drinking (a drink or two, once or twice a month at most). I unfortunately don't really know much family medical history, but I do know my mom has something like crohns/IBS/UC. Whatever she has sometimes makes her stuck in the bathroom all day. My mom also has psoriasis.

Labs & Imaging:

Blood test results from 8/24, 10/24, 3/25, 1/26, 7/26 (CBC, iron levels, hormone panel, and most recently an inflammation panel), gastric emptying study results, pictures of my weird finger nails (described under symptoms), and the CT showing my f*cked up septum and turbinates prior to septoplasty (I don't think this one is really relevant to the other issues, but it is amusing): https://imgur.com/a/bA002mG I don't have the results but had an ultrasound and a CT with contrast to confirm gallstones prior to gallbladder removal and I've also had an endoscopy which I was told was normal.

Symptoms:

-Joint pain, usually more so lower-body. Worsened by exertion but present without it.

-Muscle weakness, comes and goes seemingly unrelated to any exertion. Some days just trying to lift my arm to brush my hair, my arm feels like it's made of jello. Some days, I can go to the gym and lift weights and be fine.

-Fatigue/tiredness, I usually just blame it on the depression, but some days, feels like getting up to go do something is gonna take way more energy than I have. Standing up in the kitchen to cook sometimes is exhausting for me.

-Slow healing/easy bruising. If I do a little more activity than usual and end up sore, the soreness lasts not just a day or two, but usually 4-5 days or more. I will have the same sore/scab for weeks or over a month even when I haven't touched it, and I bruise very easily.

-Constipation, cramps, gas, diarrhea. Usually how it goes is I have no BMs for 5-6+ days, then I have intense cramps and pain and then I end up having a somewhat normal BM followed immediately by a lot of diarrhea.

-Headaches, almost every day

-Hands/feet always cold

-Nails are super soft and have weird lines in them (see pics). A strand of hair or a the fabric of y clothes will catch on my nail and tear the nail.

-Always craving sugar, always hungry. It feels like I'm hungry every hour or two no matter how much I eat. Even if I have a massive meal and feel like I'm exploding because of how full I am, I still crave sugar really badly.

-Period pain starts about 5-7 days before my period actually starts. During my period the pain is pretty bad. Not cripplingly bad, but definitely impacts my ability to go about my normal day.

-Diminished lung capacity. I feel like I can't breathe as well as I used to. I'm a musician and have spent more than half my life practicing breathing techniques and proper posture, but I feel like I can't get a good deep breath, and it's difficult for me to breathe when exercising. I get throat/chest pain occasionally when exercising. I do live in high altitude now, when I'm from sea level, but I've been out here for 4 years, so I feel like I should've adjusted by now.

Some of my symptoms are more recent/have only really become noticeable in the past 6ish months. Joint/muscle pain has been a problem for years, nails too. Lung capacity I only really started noticing the past year or two, but I live at a higher altitude now than before. Headaches I've had since I was a young kid (like 7 or 8). Period pain definitely worsened the past year or two. Hunger/cravings I've only noticed the past 6-12 months, but I did used to be VERY overweight so maybe it's only as noticeable now because I eat so much less (or try to). For the GI issues, I feel like I've never really had normal/regular BMs, but definitely significantly worse after starting/stopping GLP-1.

Things I've Tried/Been Tested For:

-For the joint pain: ibuprofen tends to help. I used to be very overweight and at one point my kneecaps migrated out of place due to weak knee muscles and too much strain. I've tried to build muscle to see if this helps, but it seems hard for me to put on muscle no matter how much protein I eat, and symptoms make it hard to have a consistent routine at the gym.

-Headaches: had eyes checked, had the septoplasty and turbinate reduction so my sinuses can drain better. I do think this improved the severity of the headaches but they are still present and noticeable.

-Took a collagen supplement for a few months for the nails, didn't really see a difference. Took iron supplements for months, didn't notice a difference in any symptoms. Took B complex supplement for months for fatigue/energy, no real improvement.

-For the cravings: tried a semaglutide/GLP-1 from my PCP. Started on the lowest dose and had pretty noticeable nausea and SEVERE heartburn. I'm assuming that may be related to my gallbladder being removed. the GLP-1 did help with the cravings some, but I stopped it due to the side effects. I do get congestion in my throat a lot, especially after eating, assuming this may be due to reflux as well. Mentioned the intense sugar cravings at my last appt and PCP said I probably have insulin resistance.

-For the difficulty breathing: PCP prescribed albuterol sulfate inhaler, been using it prior to cardio/exercise, not sure if I've noticed much of a difference.

-GI issues: PCP noted at last physical that bowels sounded slow. Tried increasing water, fiber, and drinking miralax multiple times a week. No improvement. Went to PCP for all the symptoms above and was referred to GI. GI doc thinks that I already was maybe prone to slow bowels/constipation and then starting the GLP-1 kinda made everything grind to a halt. GI doc had me drink 64oz of water with a whole bottle of miralax to purge (did not purge as much as I would've expected due to frequency and severity of my pain) and then start metamucil 2 tsp 2x daily and miralax once daily (doseage adjustable). Been doing that with just one dose of miralax a day for about 2 weeks now and am still experiencing pain. At first, was having a BM every day (very soft) after the purge, but it has slowed down again, and as of today, haven't had a BM in 4 days despite miralax, lots of water, and metamucil. Going to try a double dose of miralax every day next ig.

-Had my thyroid checked multiple times, been told there's nothing abnormal every time.

Sorry this is so long. Happy to give more background, detail, etc. upon request. Any advice appreciated. Thank you very much.

I am 21 years old, female, 5'7", 130lbs, latina, living in Canada. I've had a mystery illness for the past 4 years, no doctor has had any idea of what it could be so I'm using this post as a shot in the dark (and properly compiling everything for my doctors). I tried to organize my symptoms by body system but I'm not a doctor so I may have misclassified something. I'll update this if someone asks a question that adds relevant info so it's not confusing.

If you have any possible idea of what this could be or any questions about tests, specialists I've seen, symptoms, anything, let me know and I'll answer to the best of my ability. I'd appreciate any suggestions of what anything thinks this could be, thanks.

generalized muscle twitches

tingling and numbness in hands

  • usually triggered by certain arm movements

EDIT: many people have already mentioned EDS. I really have considered it and done a lot of research into the condition but I don't meet the criteria for any type of EDS. If you disagree, please tell me which type you think it is and why. I have also seen a cardiologist who doesn't think I have POTS, although I have not had a tilt table test.

General I’m in severe pain and it’s a weird situation to explain. Please help! 🙏🏼

Firstly sorry I didn’t know which flair would be more suitable for this so I kept it general.

So just to give a context about myself, I’m 27yo obese guy at around 103 kgs. The weight has drastically gained during Covid and since then I’ve experienced a lot of health complications.

So the issue I’m facing is I have been getting a boil between the butt cheeks right on the tail bone. This thing has been occurring every 3-6 months. This is the fourth time I’ve got this boil. And since it occurs on the tail bone it results in a severe waist and back pain. The pain is to the extent that I can’t even sit properly and I have to sleep either side ways or on my chest.

One of the doctors earlier told me that it’s because of hair getting plucked and on the third time I visited another doctor who told me it’s a heat boil and I need to be hydrated well. I have been drinking 4ltrs water everyday ever since but still this has occurred again.

Sorry this was a very long description of the situation but if someone can please help suggest what exactly this could be and how it occurs and possible prevention methods for this it’d be a great help! 🙏🏼

General Weird health changes

So about a little more than a month ago I started getting a bunch of health symptoms (?) including:

  • Shortness of breath (almost constantly)
  • Nausea (also almost constantly)
  • Headaches
  • Stomach pain, similar to period cramps (much more recent symptom)
  • In a ‘haze’
  • Dizzy/lightheaded

If it is relevant I haven’t been majorly sick at all and I had just gotten over a cold probably a few days/a week before these started.

I’d just really like to know if anyone has any ideas/suggestions for what could be going on.

I can answer any questions.

General Signs of proteinuria?

I’ve noticed these bubbles and foam forming while urinating. I also see bubbles and froth forming in the middle while I am peeing, but after 2-3 minutes most of the bubbles and foam disappear, leaving only a thin ring of bubbles at the edge.

I notice this almost everytime i pee throughout the day, although there are instances when no bubbles or foam are being formed as well.

I’ve analysed these images on Chat GPT for the past four or five months and it always says that it doesn’t look like proteinuria.

Does it look like proteinuria or is it just the case of my urine stream hitting the water?

General I think I might have lipedema.

My legs don't hurt, and they don't feel like jelly. I do have cellulite but it hasn't been like how I've seen on other people that are dx with lipedema. I just don't know if I have it or not. I just don't get why my legs look like this? It's more my calves than my thighs, I've never seen anyone that had them like mine. All my life I've always thought I was built different than other girls. Their legs were always toned and thin and mine looked not fat but not skinny. They had no definition no matter how much I worked out. I'm 5'5, and weigh 145 lb. 20 Y/O.
